Day trip to Marrakech
I had a fabulous time. Akram, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Agadir, Marrakech, the Atlas Mountains, the Argan trees, and the communities involved in Argan oil production. Travelling on my own, I especially appreciated being guided through the souk as part of a group, without the fear of getting lost. It was amazing to see the craftsmen at work and admire their handiwork.We were also joined by two additional guides, Mohammed (Couscous) and another gentleman who seemed to know everyone in the market, which made it a very interactive experience. We then had lunch at a rooftop restaurant (not included in the price) and had some time to explore the square on our own, buy keepsakes, and soak up the atmosphere.Due to the recent rain and lush grass, there was no need for the goats to climb the trees for food — lucky for the goats, but not for tourists. Haha. We also missed the tomb and gardens; I’m not sure if this needs to be updated in the description. Personally, I didn’t mind, as my main aim was to see the souk, expierence the atmosphere and take as many photos as possible. #success

A day trip to Marrakesh
My friend and I spent the day travelling to Marrakesh with Rasta our driver and guide, picking us up at 7:30 from Anza, Agadir. Rasta was a very friendly and informative guy, giving us lots of advice where required. We had a really comfortable ride, with stops for coffee and snacks on the way, which added to the journey. We stopped en-route to see the goats in the Argan trees, really interesting. So if you’re looking for a great day out then Rasta’s your man.

Day trip to Marrakech
We were picked up at the hotel and given conformable seats in a spacious air conditioned bus. The tour guide was very informative patient and funny. He stopped at various interesting points for us to take pictures. The tour around Marrakech was the best. Marrakech is a beautiful magical place. We're definitely going back.

Great value tour through the Atlas Mountains and tour of the Souk
This trip was easy to book and all elements of it ran smoothly. We were messaged on the day with our actual pick up time. Although it referred to visiting the Tombs and the Majorelle gardens, there wasn’t time to see these. If you want to visit these you may be better choosing a different trip. It’ll have to be next time for us. The journey through the Atlas Mountains was great. Akram, our guide, was very knowledgeable and gave a good history of the area and its origins. Once in Marrakesh we walked as a group through the souk and stopped at a spice/argan oil shop for 30/45 mins before moving on to a rooftop bar for lunch (whether included in the price or not - you could also take your own lunch if preferred and just have a drink) After lunch we had an hour and a half to wander ourselves and buy some gifts. Our guide directed us to the palace but again we wouldn’t have time go in and still be able to do some shopping or see the main square. In the square we saw snake charmers and monkeys etc. Great value for money and gave a taste of Marrakesh - enjoy.
