Don’t trust this tour !!!
Don’t trust them, they will ruin your whole plans because they cancel last minute that you can’t rebook on your schedule day. I asked so many time to confirm and they keep confirming . They also keep asking me to send my passport and I did what they said . I also tell them I only have one full day in hurghada to do this activity 2 weeks ahead and they keep confirm that they can until 3 hours before the pick up time . This is my first negative feedback ơn Viator . I write this so no one will be in my position any more . Good bless people with good heart , honest and integrity.

Great tour but spoiled by the local tour operator. Payment for excellence but delivery of service below average.
Great tour to avail, but it all depends on who is the local tour operator ......... mostly manipulated adversely and additional charges applied at many stages or plan changed to make the trip much cheaper than the original payment as made originally. Payment and promise was for mini bus with hotel pick up from Sarl Hasheesh at 4:30 AM but 15 Euro was charged for pick up at 3:45 AM and we were boarded on to a big bus not so luxurious either and to start it 4:00AM itself. We were taken to the valley of queens instead of the valley of kings without refunding my ticket price for it. At last i was dropped at Senzo Mall instead of Sarl Hasheesh, had to book a cab for my return to the hotel. Series of un necessary communication and negotiations with the local tour providers spoils the whole planning rather than making such trip signature or memorable or hassle free.

Great experience!
Anubis was BRILLIANT! Hope you get him as a tour guide. The whole trip was brilliant, you fit a lot in. The coach is the toughest part but once you're in Luxor- it’s breathtaking what you'll see and learn. Bring cash its a MUST, you’ll need it for drinks on the coach and for using the toilet at stops (which is 20 egp) There isn't an ATM about to use at stops. Our ATM at the hotel ran out of pounds so we had to borrow money from the tour guide- he offered it which was so kind. Make sure you go on the Nile to Banana Island, its an added on excursion but such an experience, only £10 BP, you'll see animals and get fed fresh fruits which feels nice after being on the coach. Bring a loose shirt to cover you at Karnak as its hot walking around in the sun all day. And comfortable shoes is a MUST! Buying entrance Fees through Viator is a good idea also as it takes the pressure off.

Bad day
Well where do we start, we knew the trip would be a long day we were prepared for that , firstly the drive was catered for non English they seemed to have forgot we were their , we had to guess what was happening during our long drive. We were then welcomed by our guide who was quite abrupt and we felt like we were at school. We had paid for the valley of the Kings visit nothing else, we were advised that our cars needed fuelling and we would be going on a boat on river nile at extra cost of 30 pound for 2. We went to banana island . We spent 20 mins at valley of queen's then 10 mins at valley of Kings , absolutely shocked at the fact we had saved all last year for this trip and its a once in a life time visit and too have 10 minutes to see the valley of Kings was very disappointing. We trusted trip advisor and booked through them ,won't again.

10 Stars Thanks to All Personal and best thanks to Hady from Hotel Amwj Beach Club Abu Soma
Thank you to Hady and White Shark Limousine for providing excellent service during our time in Egypt. We had air-conditioned vehicles and German-speaking drivers who took us to town and waited for us. The drive to Luxor from Abu Soma Amwj Beach Club Hotel was long but the drivers were welcoming and even provided delicious fruit along the way. We had a knowledgeable guide who explained the history of the temples in Luxor, Karnak, and Valley of the Kings. Special thanks to Shaban for the great experience. White Shark Limousine is a safe and professional way to travel in Egypt. Thanks to Hady for organizing everything to our satisfaction. Thank you for a wonderful experience. 10 stars ❤️
Response from the operator: Dear Valued Guest, Thank you very much for your feedback, your reviews are very important to us, our main target always is to assist our guest with the highest level of service. will be waiting for your next visit.

Why this scores 65
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Day Trip to Luxor from Hurghada with Hotel Pickup and Lunch: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Hurghada.
How much does Day Trip to Luxor from Hurghada with Hotel Pickup and Lunch cost?
+
Prices start at $5 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Hurghada usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Day Trip to Luxor from Hurghada with Hotel Pickup and Lunch take?
+
Plan for about 16 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Hurghada is not rushed.
Is Day Trip to Luxor from Hurghada with Hotel Pickup and Lunch worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 65 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 144 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Hurghada, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Day Trip to Luxor from Hurghada with Hotel Pickup and Lunch?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Day Trip to Luxor from Hurghada with Hotel Pickup and Lunch suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 16-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Day Trip to Luxor from Hurghada with Hotel Pickup and Lunch?
+
Around 50 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hurghada can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hurghada and add a light layer if any part of the 16-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Day Trip to Luxor from Hurghada with Hotel Pickup and Lunch start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hurghada within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Hurghada?
+
On Outty we rank every Hurghada experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Hurghada: Luxor Valley of the Kings & Tutankhamun Tomb Trip, Orange Bay Island, Luxury Cruise to Orange Bay and Hula Hula island Trip. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Hurghada?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Hurghada?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
