Day Jeep Volcano And Hot Spring All Inclusive Private Tour

From start to finish, this trip was awesome. Company confirmed hotel pick up time and drivers name. Moyo and Wayan were at the hotel on time with actually a little extra time to spare and were patient enough to wait for us. The early morning drive was smooth and effortless which made the journey enjoyable. Moyo was polite and friendly as well as professional at all times, a fantastic photographer and wealth of knowledge too. Through conversation, he found out my love for oil paintings and managed to add a painting shop visit which I am now a happy owner of one beautiful art piece. Good day was our next awesome driver who got us to the top of the mountain in record time and safely. He was also a pro at taking photos. All 3 guys were amazing and really went above and beyond to make this a memorable experience for my mum and I. Thank you again guys :)

Disappointed!

Disappointing experience. The drivers who picked us up did not know where we were to meet the 4x4 drivers so we were asked to wait in a secluded area which was rather frightening for 2 young females. We felt unsafe as we were surrounded by other men in the middle of the night. Once we finally reached the jeep our driver did not say a single word. We were not given any information regarding the volcano and the surrounding areas. He just drove in silence the whole way with zero interaction. The hot springs was pleasant but it felt dirty as there was many big flies who would not leave anyone alone. The number of people having to flick them away. The breakfast was Disappointing, we were not able to eat any of it as it was not to our taste.

We have investigated very deep with the driver where providing the transfer from hotel to volcano, he informed us about there was slightly change to a possibility access by regular car to the start point due the broken bridge on that night which is on your way to volcano due the strom and rain condition caused natural dissaster and therefore, the meeting point have to adjust to the other option which is possibility access by regular car. By the time he was waiting for the jeep to come, the new meeting point where to meet the jeep was very busy because all other traveler also taking the same alternative start point, and it was unexpected case where the driver who pick you up also trying to get the new information from the Jeep Driver about where to meet. With full of patient our driver found the location which is the new start point even the new start point is far out of the original plan itinerary. We understand and we really love apologize for the inconvenience during the 4x4 jeep adventure the jeep driver, he may get little stress due the route he found a bit difficult then use to be with jeep to the sunrise point at volcano. And regarding the service from the jeep guide, we also has investigate to our partner jeep adventure company, we will take fast action to take care for the guide for better service in the future. We also apologize if the hot spring was not as your expectation, its already has a sign Natural Hot Spring and we can't make it the same as the pool in the resort. Its natural hot spring from the volcano, which is manage by local village there at the volcano, they do hard work to clean it and also keep it natural with less cemical and stuff. And about the flies, from deep of our hearth we really apologize that we unable to control the flies in the volcano area, they have a season, when is fruit season like at the moment, the flies is some time more then ussual. And about the breakfast, its already mentioned about Indonesian breakfast are provided and we understand you have an issue with Sugar and gluten diabities, all meal breakfast indonesian on menu, can be choosen and please becarefull to have meal and not even on our breakfast as presented, when you go to restaurant as well, please beware with sugar foody. We also received an info that you have requiried for Pizza in the morning for flavour. And our driver already explain and informed that pizza mostly open after 10.00am which is available for optional lunch. Once again, we love to apologize for all inconvenience during the tour and we also get a notice to informe you to keep check your blood pressure as very important for sugar issue of Diabetic. Memorable sunrise and morning itinerary

It was a very good itinerary of 3 place visits in an area in Ubud. Pick up at 2:30am from hotel was on time and Driver Nyoman was courteous to inform when he arrived. The night before, tour agency has informed us the Driver’s contacts for assurance. Drive was smooth and we managed to reach base of Mount Batur at 4:30am for Jeep to arrive and hop on up to sunrise spot. The Jeep Driver Ketut was also friendly and look out for us, offering drink orders and recommending good photo taking spots. He was a good photographer too, helped us with some nice family shots. While the whole trip was expected to take 12 hours, we skipped the spring visit to just having breakfast and head back to hotel earlier due to an existing appointment. Despite the last minute change, Driver Nyoman was accomodative and made arrangements to inform the restaurant of our earlier arrival. We thank the tour agency for the good itinerary and service. Recommended acitivity for families or friend groups.

Everything promised with professionalism and friendliness

Everything about this tour was spot on and true to their promises. We were one of the first on the volcano peak which allowed us to snuggle down under blankets before the sun began to rise while others only reached the peak while the sunrise had started as we were given a ride to the actual start of the volcano trek rather than at the parking lot which added 1 1/2 hours of walking. The hot springs were perfect with our driver Kodek waiting patiently for us without any sense of hurry. Coffee plantation was beautifully made and well presented with a few photo opportunities and the swing was incredible with us only waiting a short time and a full harness experience swing. Thank you to all who made our day amazing :)

Amazing.

My driver KOMANG ADI was impeccable ahead of schedule responsible driving! The ascent was long and trying but it was worth it our guide was very good too!
