Hoi An Ancient Town
Hoi An is an ancient town located in the lower section of Thu Bon River, Quang Nam Province, about 30 kilometers south of Danang city. Hoi An was a bustling international trading port,a meeting place of the trading ships of Japan, China and the West during the 17th and 18th centuries. Before this period, there was here also traces of Champa port which was known as a site on Silk Road along the sea. Hoi An ancient town today is a special example of a traditional port city in Southeast Asia which has been well preserved. Most houses here are of traditional architecture dating from the 17th to the 19th century, and are along the narrow main streets. Hoi An is also a land mark recorded much of the mixture of acculturation. The architecture of the city reflects the influence of chinese, japanese, french traders. Fantastic private excursion from Tien Sa Port to Discover Da Nang and Hoi An
This is the first time we arranged shore excursion on our own because we prefer a full day excursion to maximize our time in port. Andy has sent us an email well in advance to clearly identified where we will meet. It was heavy raining and glad to see Andy was waiting for us at the port entrance. Andy introduced our guide for the day Kong to us. Kong speaks fluent English and very polite. The driver is very skillful and opened the door for us every time we getting on/off the car. We had a smooth ride all day long even the motor bikes cutting in and out of our lanes all the time. Kong has fully utilized every minutes of the day for us. He is very knowledgeable on the places we visiting. He is particularly in depth knowledge of Buddhism. We are glad to know so much on Buddhism from his very interesting introduction. The lunch at Hoi An is excellent. Andy has reserved a table by the window that overlooking the river. A total of nine courses on the menu and the food is tasty. Kong bought us to a restaurant at Da Nang by end of the day as per our request to experience some more local food.... even he and the driver need to work a little bit overtime. I will not hesitate to use Andy's service again.

Such a delightful and fun experience
I truly am impressed with the great customer service orientation by my tour guide and driver. Availed his tour to Hoi An and Da nang and i must say I did the right choice. They allowed me to explore the culture of Hoi an and Da Nang according to my choices. The perks of offering wet tissues and bottled water made the experience more convenient. The superb communication skills especially of my tour guide in Da Nang made conversing easier and comfortable.. Upon meeting Sir Andy in Hoi an, i am grateful for personally offering his time to locate me since i had difficulty looking for the meetup area.. Kudos to the team!

Basket boats! Tours by Andy
Private tour for 5 of us, Lady Buddha, Marble Mountain, Hoi An, basket boats. We We were picked up at the cruise port. Lunch was great near Hoi An in a country restaurant, very enjoyable. A surprise was the basket boat ride which was more like a disco dance party on the water. We loved it!! Binh was a great tour guide and very informative. At Marble Mountain we were met by Andy himself checking on how our tour was going. A very enjoyable day and would highly recommend Andy Tours.
