Loved the trip but was disappointed that the itinerary varied from what was advertised. Missed seeing the Gardens.
All stops were appreciated and well addressed by our guide, Rita. However, we were disappointed that itinerary did not include Goboli Gardens, as advertised.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad you enjoyed the trip and Rita's guidance. We understand your concern about the Boboli Gardens. However, we want to clarify that the itinerary mentions the Gardens as a "pass-by" location rather than an included stop. We appreciate your understanding and will review the description to ensure it's as clear as possible for future travelers. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on another tour where we can continue to provide memorable experiences.

A complete and expensive fraud
It was a fraud. No mention of Dan Brown at all, just a march around the city. Have complained and required a refund, but as yet no answer. If they don t, last time I or my acquantances ever use Viator. Have chosen one star because does not allow me to choose 0
Response from the operator: We regret to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We are surprised by your comment that there was no mention of Dan Brown, as your guide is a true aficionado with verified knowledge about the book and its connections to the city. We also regret learning about your discontent through a review rather than having the opportunity to address your concerns directly. In the future, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issues promptly and ensure a better experience for you.

Tour not really what it says in the title
Sorry but we really didn't enjoy the tour. I understand that the entire tour can't be set aroud the book but it was only mentioned about 4 times during the tour. We couldn't hear the guide half the time as he was walking ahead of us and not really engaging us in conversation. There were only two of us on the tour and it was last minute so I was advised that it might be cancelled, in hindsight I wish that it was as it was a waste of 1.5 hrs. I would rename the tour or take it off sale as its not really what it says it is. All in all - disappointing, sorry.
Response from the operator: Hi Liz, We are sorry to read that the experience did not go as per your expectations. We take your feedback at heart and will further analyze what we can do to improve and match future expectations. We thank you for the feedback and trup hope that in the future you will considere to discover another city with LocalBini as your travel partner!

Great tour
The tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative. We were the only two people on the tour which was great. He not only explained things from Inferno novel/film but also other significant parts of the history of Florence and the Medici family.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind words and positive review. We are happy to read you had a great time in Florence. We hope that in the future you can discover another city with LocalBini as your travel partner!

Inferno
Mattia was full of history and knowledge. Very informative. Saw a lot of sights, but he needs to remember to relate them all to the story. We did have to keep asking how things were related to the Inferno, the point of our tour.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind words and positive review. We are happy to read you had a great time with Mattia. We will take your words to consideration as we always keen on improving. We hope that in the future you can discover another city with LocalBini as your travel partner!

Why this scores 53
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Dan Brown’s INFERNO Walk with a Local: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Florence.
How much does Dan Brown’s INFERNO Walk with a Local cost?
+
Prices start at $8 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Florence usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Dan Brown’s INFERNO Walk with a Local take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Florence is not rushed.
Is Dan Brown’s INFERNO Walk with a Local worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.3/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Florence, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Dan Brown’s INFERNO Walk with a Local?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Dan Brown’s INFERNO Walk with a Local suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Dan Brown’s INFERNO Walk with a Local?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Florence can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Florence and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Dan Brown’s INFERNO Walk with a Local start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Florence within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Florence?
+
On Outty we rank every Florence experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best tour in Florence: Renaissance & Medici Tales - guided by a STORYTELLER, Florence Pizza or Pasta Class & Gelato Making at a Tuscan Farm, Small group Tuscan Wineries, Olive Oil & Gourmet Lunch or Dinner. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Florence?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Florence?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
