Unprofessional
I had a horrible time, would not recommend. We payed for 7-12 jumps and were expecting this excursion to be all day only to receive 1 jump(we were back at the resort within an hour and a half, and the drive was half that). When we contacted the company for a refund they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Save your money and don’t use this company.

I was nothing but professional with Max and his mom. Like I said before I really do apologize for the experience and tried to make it better by offering a free City Tour on which we have full control of. After speaking with the park manager we received conflicting stories so they could not offer a refund. Michel and I will grow from this, Safe Travels

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR! 0/5 STARS!
STAY FAR AWAY!!! They lied about the quantity of waterfalls and when asked for compensation for the tour we were denied. We were picked up from our hotel and everything was fine at first. Both the driver and tour guide were nice. The tour guide explained some of Puerto Plata’’s history and some fun facts about the city. After arriving to the falls we then were greeted by our tour guide “Piro” who would be taking us to waterfalls, he was also friendly. But this was unfortunately where our experience took a turn for the worst. After walking 30mins in the forest we arrived at the first fall… At first everything was okay and my group and I were having fun however after jumping that same fall twice we then walked back to the bus and that was the end of our excursion. When the guide asked us how our experience was we said “good although we thought it would be longer” and because of the language barrier laughed and said “good, good”. We then asked for compensation and after days of back and forth received not even a dime. STAY FAR AWAY from this overpriced tour.

Reasonable price, with 5 star experience
A Must-Book Experience in Puerto Plata! We recently visited Puerto Plata with a group of 10 family and friends, and booking with Michel Tours was easily one of the best decisions we made on the trip! From the moment we arrived, Michel went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly warm and welcoming. While the rest of our group enjoyed various excursions, Michel personally took care of my mom and mother-in-law, making sure they were comfortable and well looked after the entire time. That kind of attention and care is rare to find and speaks volumes about his exceptional customer service. If you're heading to Puerto Plata, don’t think twice, call Michel! He truly is the best of the best and will make your trip unforgettable. You won’t be disappointed!

Great - but oh my legs !
You need to be in shape. This is a nice excursion, but our group was older and it was a bit much. The staff was excellent took good care of everyone. They were supportive and helped everyone the entire way. The food st the end was great - some of the best local food we have ever had on any trip to the area. Our photo/video guy was great and the video and pics are terrific. I would just suggest a bit more info on the physical nature of the walk/climb if you are over 70.

Awesome Experience!
From start to finish this was an amazing experience. David and team was on point. Booking details and confirmation was a breeze, Neo our driver was patient and informative. We arrived before the big groups at the waterfalls which made it even better. This private transport there and back was the best way to go. We got picked up just outside the exit gate as promised, Neo had refreshments ready as well as a Mamajuana shot for the adults! 👍🏼👍🏼 Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a reliable company and a great time!
