Excellent, value for money

We booked our transfers through Jimmy. We stay at Marmaris park hotel. Even though our flight was delayed by 28hours the transfer was there waiting for us, really easy to find our driver, extremely kind and professional even though it was 3am! The transfer van was immaculate, good aircon, WiFi & tv if you wanted it. It was really comfy. Our driver was an excellent driver and got us to our hotel quick and safe. I would 100% recommend booking your transfers through through Jimmy . Excellent value for money & peace of mind.

Fantastic service

We booked our private transfers both ways, boat trip and jeep safari with Jimmy and all I can say is how amazing they were not just booking the trips but also the fact Jimmy made time to check in with us afterwards to make sure they were ok and we had fun which of course we did 😀. Absolutely amazing holiday destination with family and friends. Made extra special by booking a few trips with Jimmy who is amazing 👏. This was the second year of booking with Jimmy and neither time did he fail

Hidden charges

We arrived at our UK airport to discover our flight was delayed by 45 mins. I contacted the transfer company immediately, so over 6 hours in advance of our arrival time. I was advised if the delay was over 1 hour there would be a £20 additional fee. I questioned this as nothing was mentioned about an additional fee when booking and I was giving plenty of notice. I was told the delay was “my problem”, I could either accept the £20 or cancel. (But by then I wasn’t entitled to any refund if I cancelled) I had given our flight arrival time on the booking, If a £20 delay fee was noted during the booking process I would have adjusted our pickup time. We hoped we’d be in time and rushed as best we could, we were just over an hour late. The driver was stood with a sign, he was polite (although limited English) and showed us to the vehicle. It was lovely, very comfortable, water waiting and a very smooth transfer. I assumed, wrongly, there was no extra charge. It was only at drop off, after I’d tipped the driver, he showed me a text message showing £20 was due. So although a pleasant transfer the company should be more transparent with additional charges.

As you were going to arrive more than one hour later than the original arrival time, we offered to arrange our other work with our colleagues and wait specifically for you for an additional £20, which you accepted. Please understand that our vehicles are not rented to customers; we provide transfer services according to a scheduled programme. If we had to wait 2–3 hours for every delayed flight, it would prevent us from carrying out our other scheduled transfers. This policy was explained to you in advance and you accepted the additional £20 charge. We appreciate your understanding.
