Absolutely amazing service. They even custom did my tour for the additional stuff I wanted. The guide, Vu, was very attentive and nice. Overall great experience. The car was great too.

Reliable, Convenient and Stress-Free Ba Na Hills Transfer
We booked a last-minute return car to Ba Na Hills with Go Travel Da Nang through Viator and couldn’t have been happier with the service. We received instant confirmation, and Mr Cuong picked us up within the hour as arranged. Communication was excellent throughout, and Mr Cuong was punctual, friendly and reliable, both picking us up and dropping us back at our hotel. He also waited for us while we spent the day at Ba Na Hills, which was a huge relief as we didn’t have to worry about finding a Grab for the return journey, which isn’t guaranteed from Ba Na Hills. We also ended up purchasing our Ba Na Hills tickets through Go Travel, which was incredibly convenient and made everything so easy. Highly recommend Go Travel Da Nang, and especially Mr Cuong, for a stress-free and reliable transfer!
