Da Nang Poseidon Cruise with Dinner and Dragon Bridge Show

The activity is good i booked the couple package for my partner's birthday. They arrange the cake and the best table on the house for her.

Dragon show good but dinner rushed.

Was surprised to be picked up at 7.15 when the cruise started at 8.30, but there was live music and dancing beforehand. Food was served immediately and was pretty rushed to be honest. Salmon good but veg all cold. Didn't get offered my drink until after my main course was finished and then was a palavar getting a second beer later in the evening. Noticed others having the same issue asking for additional drinks. Had to ask for dessert which was 2 small pieces of watermelon and something else i couldnt eat due to being all seeds. Not sure why there was Hawaiian dancing, but it was good. Staff just a little clinical. Dragon show was good tho and the boat was in a good position for it.

Your pickup was arranged from approximately 7:15 PM, with the drive to the pier taking around 20 minutes. Da Nang can be quite busy in the evening, so our drivers may occasionally collect guests slightly earlier to allow enough time for traffic and check-in without any risk of missing the cruise. Guests who arrive early are welcome to board and enjoy the live music and entertainment before the boat departs, so this time is intended to be part of the overall evening experience rather than simply waiting at the pier. Regarding drinks, the package booked includes one complimentary drink per guest. Our staff will explain this onboard, and any additional drinks ordered after the included beverage are available at an extra charge. We are sorry, however, that the dinner service felt rushed. We appreciate this feedback and will share it with our onboard service and kitchen teams so that the pacing and food presentation can be improved. We would also like to clarify the dessert mentioned in the review. Our dessert is fresh seasonal fruit served daily. The fruit with many small seeds was red dragon fruit, a popular tropical fruit in Vietnam. The fruit selection may vary depending on what is fresh and available each day. Thank you again for your honest comments. We are glad that you enjoyed the entertainment and, most importantly, had a good view of the Dragon Bridge show. Disappointed

I’m very disappointed with this trip. The food was ok, not fabulous but ok. The dessert was a few watermelon slices and it was not even nice. There was no bartender (on a Saturday night with a full boat !?), so I was not able to order a cocktail. When we stopped to see the fire/water show there was an employee with his Poseidon tshirt sitting closest on the show on his phone, taking up a whole table and inconsiderate while listening to something on his phone while I was trying to take a video. Just disappointing overall.

As a result, we did not have a qualified bartender available to prepare cocktails safely and properly that evening. Our team therefore made the decision not to serve cocktails rather than provide drinks that did not meet our normal standards. We also informed guests on the day of the activity that cocktails would unfortunately not be available. Nevertheless, we completely understand that this was disappointing, especially if you had been looking forward to enjoying a cocktail during the cruise, and we sincerely apologize that we were unable to meet your request. Regarding the dessert, we serve fresh seasonal fruit each day and the selection may vary depending on availability. We are sorry that the fruit served that evening was not to your personal taste, and we appreciate your feedback regarding the meal. We would also like to sincerely apologize for the situation you described during the Dragon Bridge fire and water show. Guests should always have priority when enjoying and photographing this special moment. A member of our team should not occupy a prime viewing position in a way that affects the experience of our passengers. Dragon Bridge Fire and Water.

Poseidon cruise was fantastic, great atmosphere and music. We opted for the cruise only no dinner. We had traditional dancers who performed 2 different dances in different costumes. The Dragon Bridge was fantastic to see from the water not from the crowded bridge or foreshore to the bridge. We had a fabulous time. The only downside was we couldn't order cocktails which was disappointing we were looking forward to a Long Island whilst cruising.

Excellent

Did this for my birthday and I can definitely I had a great time. From the food to the overall cruise on the river was worth the time. I would definitely say check the weather as it did create some delay in the cruise but overall excellent service.
