Semi Disappointment with Quad tour

The best part of the trip was riding the Quads. I felt our your guide Anthony was rushing us to much. We thought we were going to tour Moray but instead we had to pay 70 soles on top of the tour price and all we got was a photo of. So we really didn't get to understand Moray or walk around . Plus when on the quads we passed alot of photo ops I would have like to take but there was no stopping . The tour also lasted an hour longer than expected. Our tour guide also send he would send us a video of us he filmed but never received

Response from the operator: Dear Ms. Laurie: My name is Holger, I'm the person who was assiting you on the booking and the process of your activity. As soon as you booked the tour, I sent the information telling that entrances to moray are not included. (the entrances to archeologycal sites are selled by the goverment, not by private company like us). I also explained that you choosed the afternoon departure time (13:00 pm). nowadays due covid - 19, archeologycal sites like moray are closing at 15:00 pm, then we had limited time to visit moray, not because our company wanted, it is because the rules against covid-19 . about your video, I have contacted you personally thru whatsapp the day after your tour, to see about the video but you did not answer me. I do not Know Why?. maybe is because I explained before the tour that entrance to moray was not included (Because we do not sell it). I also explained that you paid about USD 45.00 for: Transportations to the ATV place, Tour Guide, ATV - quad bike Entrance to the salt mines of maras. 70 soles are like 20 USD, then there is not reazonable to think that all the inclusions are covered with USD 25.00. I also explained that our groups are limited 50%, due covid-19. Please, anwers us to the WhatsApp messages we have sent a day after your activity to see about the video. Hope you had a great time in Cusco.

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cusco.

How much does Cusco in One Day: Inca Ruins, Horse Riding & Alpaca Farm cost?

+

Prices start at $195 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cusco usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Cusco in One Day: Inca Ruins, Horse Riding & Alpaca Farm take?

+

Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cusco is not rushed.

Is Cusco in One Day: Inca Ruins, Horse Riding & Alpaca Farm worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 48 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 1 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cusco, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Cusco in One Day: Inca Ruins, Horse Riding & Alpaca Farm?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Cusco in One Day: Inca Ruins, Horse Riding & Alpaca Farm suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 7-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Cusco in One Day: Inca Ruins, Horse Riding & Alpaca Farm?

+

Around 0 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cusco can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cusco and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Cusco in One Day: Inca Ruins, Horse Riding & Alpaca Farm start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cusco within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cusco?

+

On Outty we rank every Cusco experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sacred Valley Full Day Tour, Full-Day Humantay Lake Trek (Meals Included), Cusco: Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Premium Day Trip with Meals. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cusco?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cusco?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
