Great tour!!

This was a fantastic tour with Shariff! He was very knowledgable, easy to understand and gave us a great tour, despite the heat! Our only complaint was that we felt we didn't really have enough free time in either Florence or Pisa to walk around and explore more. Could have perhaps been another hour or 2.

Not worth it

The tour was ok but quite inaccurate from the trip description. The shuttle was not dropping us from point to point. We ended up had to call taxi to get to one destination to another. A bit too demanding for my physical conditional. And it defects the purpose on why I selected this particular tour. Overly priced for what was given.

Response from the operator: We regret to hear about your disappointment. However, before booking any further activities through Viator, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing the tour description and restrictions. The Additional Information section of this tour clearly states: “Please be advised that this tour involves significant walking, is not wheelchair or mobility-scooter accessible, and may not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility.” The city centers of both destinations are largely pedestrianized, and since we do not use helicopters—at least not yet 😊—these areas are naturally explored on foot. To help with your future travels in Europe, here are some of the most famous destinations with pedestrianized historic centers that are explored on foot: Venice, Rome, Florence, Barcelona, Madrid, Seville, Paris, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Vienna, Prague, Munich, Salzburg, Bruges, Dubrovnik, Stockholm, Tallinn, Lisbon, Athens, Rhodes, Valletta, Ljubljana, and many others. Safe travels!

Beautiful Florence and Lisa

It was a long drive to Florence and Pisa from the port, but it was well worth it. The scenery in these two locations was beautiful!

Definitely doing it again soon.

Some people visit these cities on their own but they miss a lot of things. I was thinking to avoid booking with companies but I did it and it was also beyond my expectations. How well they organized and let the people know the true culture and history. It was worth booking this tour.

Great.

We take a family tour of Florence and Piss. Walking is common, particularly In Florence. Both cities are stunning with all history all around. Pisa offers open space, photo opportunities, and enjoyment for kids.

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in La Spezia, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Cruise to La Spezia? Get the Best and Most out of Florence & Pisa?

+

How far in advance should I book Cruise to La Spezia? Get the Best and Most out of Florence & Pisa?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in La Spezia can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in La Spezia and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central La Spezia within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in La Spezia?

+

On Outty we rank every La Spezia experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include La Spezia: Taste Cinque Terre on a Food Tour by Do Eat Better, Portovenere & Three Islands Small Group Boat Tour from La Spezia, 5 Islands from La Spezia: full day boat trip with swimming stops. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit La Spezia?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in La Spezia?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
