Seville Day Tour
Unfortunately there was a lot of confusion as to where to meet the guide for the bus, we were delayed waiting for 2 people, who did not show up. Elena, our guide in Seville was delightful, very interesting and provided a lot of background and history. Since this was a walking tour, one of the guests was not able to do it and we spent a lot of time trying to resolve this issue. Then 2 other customers wanted to leave early so we didn’t not get anytime to eat or shop. Very disappointing.

Unethical company
I would give this company a 0 star if I could. They changed the tour time to 30min earlier with less than 24hr notice. We didn’t see the change in time. They left us and still charged us the full amount. Refused to give us a refund. Very unethical when they changed the time on us. We tried contacting them to arrange a meetup time and they never responded back. Bad business.

So Much to See in One Day
A group of friends and I decided to spend our day in Seville during our cruise stop, and it turned into one of the most enjoyable days of the trip. There was a lot packed into the itinerary, but it never felt like we were simply rushing from one attraction to another. We visited the Cathedral and Giralda, saw the Alcázar, and spent time around Plaza de España. Every area had a completely different atmosphere, so there was always something new to look at or photograph. We particularly liked wandering around Santa Cruz during the free time. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us enough historical background to understand what we were seeing without turning the day into a long lecture. That made a big difference for our group. We also appreciated having comfortable transportation between Cádiz and Seville. Since we were cruise passengers, returning to the ship on schedule was obviously a major concern, and having that part organized made the day much easier.
