The area around the waterfall is tranquil, and the walk to reach it involves a short trek through the jungle along well-maintained paths and steps, passing small streams and tropical plants. The waterfall is considered ideal for swimming, as the pool is calm and not very deep. Tibumana Waterfall is also associated with some spiritual significance, as it is close to a temple and often visited by locals for religious purposes.
