You can watch the creation of your sneakers live in our Atelier or, if you wish, actively participate in the process, working side by side with our Italian master craftsmen. Each shoe we make is a handmade masterpiece, combining tradition and innovation. Amazing custom made sneakers
I walked by the store front and decided to go in as I loved the shoes on display. I was told that they custom make shoes to fit your feet. I went into the showroom and designed a pair of sneakers. I didn’t feel rushed and was able to see on a big screen exactly what my shoes would look like. I received my sneakers by DHL today and they are fabulous. I wore them tonight and they were very comfortable. I designed my sneakers to show all the places I visited while on my trip. Then I put my puppies on the inside. I love them and would definitely do it again! Thanks My Mancini Team for the best souvenir!

Buyer beware
Nice finished product however business practices are suspect. “Prices start at €250”. Is what we were told. 1 .5 hours of sneaker design later we are told they will cost €1300. My bad for not pushing the issue after asking how much they will cost half an hour into design when I wasn’t given an answer. Based on prior reviews and costs, they definitely charge based on your looks and how much they think you’ll spend. Another concerning point is when I went to pay the balance I asked for the VAT info. Was told that no VAT was included in price so no VAT would be refunded. I’m concerned this may be a bit fraudulent.

As shown during your experience, the price “starting from €250” refers to the base shoe, the standard model without customizations, which includes the measurement taking and the creation of the upper based on your foot measurements. As happens in any artisanal sector, whether it’s a tailored suit or a custom-designed kitchen, every additional element chosen by the customer affects the final price: special materials, handmade processes, painted or hand-stitched inserts. In your case, the final €1300 design perfectly reflects the level of detail, materials and finishes you personally selected together with our designers, which are clearly listed in our official price chart. The reason why the final price is confirmed only at the end of the design phase is precisely because, until that moment, the project is in constant evolution and depends on the customer’s choices. For this reason, the quote is evaluated and confirmed only once the design is fully defined. Furthermore, you opted for the “Prime” production, which guarantees the artisanal manufacturing of the shoes within the same day, an exclusive service that naturally involves faster production times and specific additional costs compared to standard production. Regarding VAT and Tax Free, it is important to clarify the matter precisely. VAT refunds through the Tax Free system apply to goods of free circulation, standard products intended for export, according to customs and tax regulations. Customized footwear, made to measure and crafted according to specific customer requests, are classified as non-standard goods, and therefore are not eligible for Tax Free procedures under the applicable regulations. If you would like, we can provide the official regulations and documentation that outline the difference between standard and custom-made goods.
