More Than Team Building—A Truly Transformative Experience
I was highly impressed by this experience and its impact on the group. The horses give people something real to respond to and offer a ton of valuable relational feedback to how people are showing up, so the learning doesn’t feel theoretical or like another team-building exercise. You start noticing how people communicate, approach challenges, work together, and respond when things don’t go as expected. It gives the team a shared experience to talk about afterward without putting anyone on the spot. I have done different kinds of professional development work, and this experience was hands down the most impactful team development experience I have participated in. Bridgit is an awesome, skilled facilitator and coach. She did a great job making the experience approachable and relevant to us non-horse people. For a team looking for something memorable that also has real substance behind it, I would absolutely recommend it.

Amazing Experience, Highly Recommend
I work in operations and management and while I'm a creative person, I often get caught up in timelines, deadlines, and the feeling that I just need to get things done to be successful. It's always about the bottom line and the finish line. In working with the horses, I felt I had a chance to slow down, reconnect with my body and my center, and clearly see the difference between pushing for an outcome and creating the conditions for something to happen. I have become more aware of when I am overdirecting, when I am not being clear enough, and when I need to trust what I am sensing rather than immediately trying to manage it. That has stayed with me far beyond the ranch. It has influenced how I work with people, how I approach problems, and even how I think about my creative process. Bridgit has a way of helping you notice what is happening that is gentle and precise. I'm so grateful and highly recommend EquusLibere! The experience was joyful and deeply transformative.

Insightful & Unique Teambuilding Experience
I participated in a corporate leadership development session with EquusLibere and was genuinely surprised by how much insight came from working with the horses. There is something about getting immediate, nonverbal feedback from a horse that makes patterns in how you communicate, lead, and relate to others incredibly visible. What stood out to me was how quickly the experience moved beyond an interesting team activity into something much more meaningful. I found myself noticing things about my own leadership style and how I show up with others that would have been much harder to see in a traditional workshop. Bridgit and her team's facilitation was thoughtful and grounded, and the debriefs helped connect what was happening with the horses directly back to real dynamics in our work and lives. It was experiential, personal, fun, and surprisingly deep. I left with insights I am still thinking about and that I can actually apply in how I work with and lead others. I would absolutely recommend the experience to leadership teams. Each of us walked away with new insight into how we communicate, lead, and respond to others. An unexpectedly moving and thoughtful leadership experience, wow!
I have had the pleasure of participating in several EquusLibere leadership sessions, and what has stayed with me is that no two experiences have felt quite the same. The work is subtle in a way I did not necessarily expect. The horses respond to things we often miss in ourselves and in each other, and that can make patterns around communication, trust, presence, and leadership surprisingly clear. What I have appreciated most is that the experience does not force a lesson or try to turn every interaction into a metaphor. There is room to notice what is actually happening, make sense of it, and connect it back to the realities of working with a team. Sometimes the insight is immediate, and sometimes it is something I find myself thinking about days later. Bridgit facilitates that process with a lot of thoughtfulness. She knows when to ask a question, when to offer an observation, and when to let the experience speak for itself. The sessions are engaging and enjoyable, but there is also a depth to them that is hard to replicate in a traditional leadership setting. I have taken something meaningful from every session I have attended.

Wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but was extremely impressed with Bridget. She is a horse whisperer. I appreciate her taking the time with my mom and opening all of us to a new understanding of horses. She is a lovely person with a good heart. It takes someone special to rescue horses and give them a better life.
