An unexpectedly moving and thoughtful leadership experience, wow!
I have had the pleasure of participating in several EquusLibere leadership sessions, and what has stayed with me is that no two experiences have felt quite the same. The work is subtle in a way I did not necessarily expect. The horses respond to things we often miss in ourselves and in each other, and that can make patterns around communication, trust, presence, and leadership surprisingly clear. What I have appreciated most is that the experience does not force a lesson or try to turn every interaction into a metaphor. There is room to notice what is actually happening, make sense of it, and connect it back to the realities of working with a team. Sometimes the insight is immediate, and sometimes it is something I find myself thinking about days later. Bridgit facilitates that process with a lot of thoughtfulness. She knows when to ask a question, when to offer an observation, and when to let the experience speak for itself. The sessions are engaging and enjoyable, but there is also a depth to them that is hard to replicate in a traditional leadership setting. I have taken something meaningful from every session I have attended.

Thank you Bridget for making my 90 year old mom’s day!
Wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but was extremely impressed with Bridget. She is a horse whisperer. I appreciate her taking the time with my mom and opening all of us to a new understanding of horses. She is a lovely person with a good heart. It takes someone special to rescue horses and give them a better life.

Such a special experience, highly recommend.
It was such a beautiful experience! I had the privilege of working with Bridgit's 6 personal horses who each had their unique personality and history. I was coached to slow down and be fully present, matching the frequency of the horses and inviting them into relationship - it was incredibly powerful and therapeutic. It felt amazing to be able to educe action and connection with the horses from the place of pure energy. Words cannot describe the joy when you can truly commune with them! Brigit was an excellent coach, intuitive and generous. I could not recommend her and this retreat more!

The time I spent with Bridgit and her horses is an amazing experience I will never forget!!
Bridgit is a wonderful facilitator. She took the time to not only welcome us into the space, but prepare us by leading us through mindfulness practices and sharing knowledge about the intricacies of the herd. Bridgit has a quiet strength and calm energy that immediately puts you at ease, knowing you are in capable hands. I have not had a lot of experience with horses and was quite nervous, I felt like she did such a great job creating an opportunity for me to move past the fear and open up to a greater state of inquiry in a way that made me feel safe and supported. By the end I had made a friend with Toro and did not want to leave. I highly recommend Bridgit’s course to anyone who would like to level up as a human or connect with the truly spectacular creatures that are horses!!

Incredible experience for individuals and our corporate team!
My team and I had a wonderful time doing a half day equine leadership development session with Bridgit at Wildsong Ranch. We engaged in a unique and insightful series of exercises on the ground with the horses. Her facilitation skills are top notch, and she adeptly met different themes that came up around psychological safety and barriers to collaboration, both of which had been underlying areas needing support on our team. I personally plan to come back with my family and do an equine leadership session on the ground when we are back in town. Thank you for an incredible and meaningful experience, Bridgit!

Corporate Leadership & Team Retreat with Horses in Boulder, Co: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Boulder.
How much does Corporate Leadership & Team Retreat with Horses in Boulder, Co cost?
+
Prices start at $100 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Boulder usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Corporate Leadership & Team Retreat with Horses in Boulder, Co take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Boulder is not rushed.
Is Corporate Leadership & Team Retreat with Horses in Boulder, Co worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 75 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 35 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Boulder, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Corporate Leadership & Team Retreat with Horses in Boulder, Co?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Corporate Leadership & Team Retreat with Horses in Boulder, Co suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Corporate Leadership & Team Retreat with Horses in Boulder, Co?
+
Around 12 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Boulder can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Boulder and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Corporate Leadership & Team Retreat with Horses in Boulder, Co start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Boulder within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Boulder?
+
Boulder pairs Flatirons hiking and climbing with Pearl Street food and brewery walks, e-bike tours along Boulder Creek and Rocky Mountain National Park day trips. On Outty we rank every Boulder experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Discover Rocky Mountain National Park-Small Group Tour & Picnic, Rocky Mountain National Park Guided Small Group Tour, Best of Boulder E-Bike Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Boulder?
+
May to October. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Boulder?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
