What a screwed up reservation!
We signed up for a private bike tour of Cordova. Viator sent us up with a guide that couldn’t ride a bike. Viator’s local person/company didn’t inform the bike company and he didn’t have us on the books. I had to pay for all the bikes and the tour was terrible. Felt sorry for the guide because he was left out of the loop, so he pushes his bike the whole tour and we basically had to do the same. I have used Viator multiple times but this was awful. What was worse? I had to pay for this! The least Viator can do is reimburse me for this “bike tour”. Almost $400 tour- a true rip-off.
