This Cooking class was very good. Very personal and intimate. I love that we went to a local market to buy ingredients. And how we could involve what to try eat. Very sweet and funny host.

What a lesson in fantastic cooking
We had a wonderful day of learning how to cook traditional meals. Rosie & Bamboo were just fantastic we went to the market to buy the food then went back and showed us how easy it was for some. Colin & I learnt a lot well done ladies

Great combination tour - lantern making and cooking class
We had a great & varied time with Rosie. We had an interesting & educational visit to a home farm & a market. Lots of help with our lantern making - very proud of our work ! And what fun our cooking class was - well organised, very clean, great recipes (already received), help from Bamboo & left with very full tummies of great Vietnamese food

It was a friendly and pleasant experience.
It will be the one of my best memorable experience in my trip. Jolie and her sister were very kind from the booking stage. She kept checking carefully so that we could have a smooth lesson. The story was told on a variety of interesting topics, and she always explained about class in detail. After she knew it was my mom's birthday, she prepared a surprise cake! The composition of the classes was very rich and we could learn more about Vietnamese food. We were very satisfied with the class and would like to see Jolie and her famliy again next time. 기본적으로 선생님이 매우 친절합니다. 한국문화에 대해 관심도 많고 한국인에게도 호감을 갖고계시더군요. 예약은 동생분이 진행하셨는데 단체예약과 예약이 겹치니 미리 연락을 먼저 주고 유동적으로 일정도 조율해줬습니다. 한시장 주변 로컬 커피집에서 잠깐 커피를 마시며 이야기를 나누고 한시장으로 이동했습니다.(커피를 못마셔도 코코넛주스나 다른음료도 많아요~) 한시장에서는 기념품 혹시 살거 있냐 물어봤는데 저희는 미리다 사놔서 바로 안쪽에 있는 재래시장에가서 장을봤습니다. 중간중간 사진도 찍어주고, 설명도 자세히해주고 유익한 시간이었습니다. 그 이후 조그만 텃밭에 가서 체험도 하는데, 힘들지않고 잠깐 즐길 수 있는 정도로 진행합니다. 선생님 이야기를 중간 중간 들어보면 어려운분들이나 학생들을 위해 같이 수익을 나누기 위해 애쓰고 계시더라구요. 수업에서도 4가지 정도 요리를 진행하는데 꼭 배고픈상태로 가세요. 배불러서 나중엔 못먹습니다 ㅋ 엄마 생신이라고 하니 깜짝 생일케이크와 노래를 불러줘서 너무 고마웠습니다. 쿠킹클래스는 하노이에서 한번, 방콕에서 한번 경험했는데 진짜 제일 재밌었다고 생각되고 돈이 아깝지 않은 유익한 시간이었습니다. 선생님이 매우 하이텐션이라 처음부터 끝까지 지치지않고 열심히 재미있게 수업을 진행해주셨습니다. 아이들이랑 같이 체험해도 좋을것같아요~
