Must Try Overnight Cruise Experience in Vietnam

We opted for the luxury Lan Ha Bay cruise of 1 night and 2 days over Halong Bay as it is relatively less crowded and it offers same views and activities as Halong Bay. It cost us 110 USD per person and it was totally worth it. This included pickup from Hanoi and later drop off as well. We were picked up early in the morning and first reached the cruise point. There was a small breakfast stop on the way. We were taken to the main cruise boat via a small boat and offered the welcome lunch and drink. They had good number of Vegetarian options as well. We then checked into our room which was nothing less than a luxury with such great views. We headed for a Kayaking event and afterwards did swimming and enjoyed the jacuzzi. In the evening, there was a spring rolls cooking class in which we learnt and then made ourselves. The sunset was magical from the cruise. During the dinner, we were offered a four course meal keeping in mind our dietary recommendations. The dinner was absolutely delicious. We witnessed the local costumes show and the bamboo dance. Then we did the fishing and relaxed with herbal foot bath. All these activities were included in the package. Spa facilities were also available at extra charges. Next day started with a Tai Chi class and then visit to nearby caves in a small wooden boat. This experience was also quite nice. We then checked out and had an early lunch. Finally with a heavy heart, we bid goodbye to this cruise experience.
