    Fun and worthwhile!

Angela is a great cook and instructor. We made many dishes and she was knowledgeable and generous to share many tips so we could replicate the recipes at home. Angela has nice set up in her home and we were very comfortable. We met her family at the end of the night and they made us feel welcome. A huge bonus is that Angela shared her favorite restaurants in Ostuni which we visited. She gave us great recommendations! It was a pleasure spending the evening and learning from Angela

    An absolute gem

We loved Angela's cooking class so much. Lots of fun, delicious food and plenty of it! Angela was a delightful and personable host. We learnt some great cooking skills and met some lovely people during the evening. Felt more like an authentic Sunday family dinner than a tourist experience.

    Great cooking class!

We had a cooking class in our holiday home. We were with 5 kids age 3-11. We had an amazing experience. All the kids loved it, even the little one. The ladies were very patient and helpful. We had a lovely diner and we even baked enough cake for the days after. 😊

    Excellent experience - Highly Recommend!

I absolutely loved our day Angela and her team. We had a private lesson and had hands on experience making the food. They did the hard work and we did the fun bits! Her mother came to join in and it was beautiful to see pasta making has been in the family for generations. Outside of the items we cooked ourselves, we got to taste other Pugliese food cooked for us. We found it difficult to say no to all the delicious food and had to cancel our dinner plans as we were still full that evening 😂 I would absolutely recommend this course for anyone who wants to learn in a small personalised class. I think you do learn from bigger classes/demos but what set this apart was the hands on experience and relaxed atmosphere.

Response from the operator: THANKS Niamh was a very pleasure for us share with you and your wonderful mom this experience. You were a fantastic chef. Thank you very much, here in Puglia we are always at your disposal.

Cooking class - Cook With Us : Family Traditions at Cisternino: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Bari.

How much does Cooking class - Cook With Us : Family Traditions at Cisternino cost?

    +

Prices start at $160 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Bari usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Cooking class - Cook With Us : Family Traditions at Cisternino take?

    +

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Bari is not rushed.

Is Cooking class - Cook With Us : Family Traditions at Cisternino worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Bari, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Cooking class - Cook With Us : Family Traditions at Cisternino?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Cooking class - Cook With Us : Family Traditions at Cisternino suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Cooking class - Cook With Us : Family Traditions at Cisternino?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Bari can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Bari and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Cooking class - Cook With Us : Family Traditions at Cisternino start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Bari within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Bari?

    +

On Outty we rank every Bari experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Bari’s Ultimate Street Food Tour - Small Group by Do Eat Better, Boat Tour of the Polignano a Mare Coast with Aperitif, Polignano a Mare: Boat Tour of the Caves - Small Group. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Bari?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Bari?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
