    This is a scam!

This is a scam!! We arrived at the meeting point 20minutes early and no one showed up. No messages confirming the tour the day before like all the other proper tours. Do not book with these people!

Response from the operator: We hope this message finds you well. We would like to sincerely apologise for the oversight regarding your recent booking with us, which happened to fall on a free entrance day at the museum. We understand this may have caused some inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your understanding. To make it right, we have processed a full refund for your booking. You should see the amount reflected in your account shortly, depending on your payment provider. Thank you for your support, and we hope to welcome you again soon under better circumstances. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Excellent tour

Highly recommend this tour. The guide, Laura, did an awesome job. We especially loved how she spent time really describing specific pieces in depth. We got a great feel for the history of the city as well as the works of Da Vinci, Michaelangelo, and others.

Response from the operator: We would like to thank you for your kind review. Our team is dedicated to providing travellers the best this city offers with friendly, personalised attention. It's so nice to hear that Guide helped to make your experience such a great one.

It was good to have Medici’s underwriting all this amazing art!! And our guide showed us just how good!!

With so much to see in these two overwhelming galleries, it is critical to have a guide who knows how to pick and choose and keep it all coherent and flowing smoothly — and our lovely and so well-informed guide — whose name we have unfortunately misplaced — was the perfect person for that task. She knew the backstories as well as the cultural influences and impact of the events back in the day when all this incredible art was created. And she was able to clearly demonstrate how the styles and approaches evolved over time — and why! Even the economics — the business of art creation — was well-presented. We came away with an even greater appreciation for the commissioning of works and the resulting masterpieces that have found their home in these great repositories. An incredible journey, thanks to our wonderful guide!

Response from the operator: Thank you for leaving us such a wonderful review. our team will be very happy to read your review. making travelers happy is our top priority,

Very anxiety-laden and difficult tour experience

It was a terrible and anxiety-ridden experience. I am in my 80's, traveling solo, and wanted to see the Uffizi and the Academia so hoped to meet a guide and group and get into the museums. I was told to wait under the Cellini sculpture and look for someone with a flag that said "European Destinations." I waited 45 minutes, then asked the Uffizi staff if I was in the right place and they said they had never heard of this tour group. They tried to call the number on the Viator info and no response. returned to the meeting point and a half hour later a woman came up and had my name written on a sheet. Then we couldn't get into the Uffizi so had to walk to the Accademia--and then back again. The guide was very knowledgeable, however the organization of this tour by this group is very negative. I would like at least a partial refund for the worry and anxiety.

Response from the operator: Thank you for letting us know about your experience. your feedback helps us get better. we are looking into this issue and hope to resolve it promptly and accurately.

    Very informative

Lara is an excellent tour guide, very thorough & informative. She took excellent care of her clients. The only difficulty encountered was where exactly to meet her outside the Uffizi, instructions were confusing.

Response from the operator: Thank you for leaving us such a wonderful review. our team will be very happy to read your review. making travellers happy is our top priority,

Combo Tour - Uffizi Gallery And Accademia Gallery Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Florence.

How much does Combo Tour - Uffizi Gallery And Accademia Gallery Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $70 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Florence usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Combo Tour - Uffizi Gallery And Accademia Gallery Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Florence is not rushed.

Is Combo Tour - Uffizi Gallery And Accademia Gallery Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 38 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Florence, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Combo Tour - Uffizi Gallery And Accademia Gallery Tour?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Combo Tour - Uffizi Gallery And Accademia Gallery Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Combo Tour - Uffizi Gallery And Accademia Gallery Tour?

    +

Around 13 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Florence can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Florence and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Combo Tour - Uffizi Gallery And Accademia Gallery Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Florence within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Florence?

    +

On Outty we rank every Florence experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best tour in Florence: Renaissance & Medici Tales - guided by a STORYTELLER, Florence Pizza or Pasta Class & Gelato Making at a Tuscan Farm, Small group Tuscan Wineries, Olive Oil & Gourmet Lunch or Dinner. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Florence?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Florence?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
