Scam!
Viator only sent vouchers but the actual tickets, the VanGogh Museum would not let us in with these vouchers so we had to purchase 4 MORE tickets to actually get in! Viator owes us $188 in a refund! They are a scam!!!!

Art and canal
We did canal trip day before, so no rushing. Museum well laid out and spacious. Getting the audio was well worth it. Learned so much about Van Gogh.

Fun Day Outing with Family
We had a great time at the Van Gogh museum - our kids got little workbooks from the family desk that let them do a scavenger hunt and answer questions about the art they were seeing; it was really cool to see them engaging with the art. It was super easy to get our boat tour tickets, as there’s a Tours and Tickets kiosk right next to the Van Gogh (beside the big fountain), and there’s a boat stop right across the street from the Rijksmuseum, not even a five-minute walk. The boat tour is a great way to see the houses and buildings of Amsterdam; if you’re on the sidewalk you can’t really see the buildings properly, but from the canals you get a great perspective of them. It made for a great day of sightseeing!

Avoid!
The Van Gogh museum wouldn’t let me in with this ticket, I left messages and rang up to ask about the tickets and didn’t get to speak to anyone! Even the Van Gogh museum staff told me to not trust Viator and they want them removed as they just buy a load of tickets and resell them.
