Audio stopped working
Audio stopped working after 15 minutes (after 4 stops played) and was without audio the rest of the tour.

The thick stone walls of the Colosseum can sometimes cause cellular network drops, which can interrupt the digital guide stream. However, this is certainly not the experience we want for our guests.

Not good. Viator asked me for information yet did not process that information so I was unable to get my tickets.
