Beware of not nice times and polices.
Terrible experience. We booked the 15:00pm tour. We were there waiting since 14:35pm. It's our first time in Rome and the explanation was "between the green kiosk and the fountain" near the station. Well... There's 2 points like that. At 3:05pm we kept waiting and looking around and we found a guide from this company on her own. She explained our tour guide group left already. She helped us and tried to contact the company (it's registered she called and talked to them at 15:12pm) After a few moments of waiting they told us we couldn't join the group for the Forum but we could go to the Colosseum if we waited outside for the group. We waited for 2 hours outside the Colosseum and no one contacted us (there's no way for us to contact them) I have all screenshots from the WhatsApp conversation and how rude and not helpful the person I chatted with was. I'm even still waiting for a proper response at why we couldn't get our tickets for the colosseum since they were with our name even if we missed the tour guide. I will never use them again.

Great guided tour
We did a guided tour of the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill, and it was a fantastic experience. The tour lasted approximately three hours and was very complete, covering all the key areas in depth without ever feeling rushed. Our guide, Matilde, was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive to the group at all times and explained everything we saw along the itinerary with great clarity and impressive detail. She was also extremely friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. As a historian, I can say that her knowledge of the ancient Roman period was excellent. Her explanations were accurate, well-structured, and enriched with meaningful context. Overall, this was money very well spent. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a thorough and engaging introduction to ancient Rome.
