Amazing Colombia Trip
We just completed 8 days with Gran Colombia visiting Pereira (the coffee region), Bogotá, and Cartagena. Everything was wonderful including the tour guides, hotels, and transportation. I was really impressed with restaurants that we were taken to for authentic dishes, and with the communication from the drivers and tour guides prior to being picked up. It was perfect, and I can’t pick anything that needed improvement. Thank you for an amazing vacation.
Response from the operator: Thank you for this wonderful review! We’re thrilled to know your 8-day journey through Pereira, Bogotá, and Cartagena was perfect, with great guides, hotels, authentic food, and smooth logistics. It’s so rewarding to hear everything exceeded your expectations. We truly appreciate your trust and hope to welcome you back for another amazing adventure in Colombia!

Salt Cathedral and Cocora Valley live in my memories forever.
Salt Cathedral of Zipaquirá is top on my list, followed by Cocora Valley (coffee region from Pereira). Columbia is so beautiful and Columbians are very friendly. Our tour guide in Bogota (David Abril) and in Pereira (David Alvarez) are definitely the best for these tours. Both are deeply knowledgeable of Columbia history and culture, eager to show you the best of Columbia as well as kind, considerate and honest. I'd recommend this tour to my family and best friends, and ask for these two guides in Bogota and Pereira without hesitation.
Response from the operator: Hola Abert! Thank you so much for your review! We are glad that you enjoyed your tour with us. It was a pleasure for us to have you in Colombia and take you to see the most beautiful places in our country. Our guides provide an excellent service to accompany and provide knowledge and make you live an experience in each destination. I hope you will visit us again soon! Cheers, Andrea

Colombia’s 3 Axis of Diversity: Bogota, Coffee Region and Cartagena 8-Day Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Bogotá.
How much does Colombia’s 3 Axis of Diversity: Bogota, Coffee Region and Cartagena 8-Day Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $2,113 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Bogotá usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Colombia’s 3 Axis of Diversity: Bogota, Coffee Region and Cartagena 8-Day Tour take?
+
Plan for about 192 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Bogotá is not rushed.
Is Colombia’s 3 Axis of Diversity: Bogota, Coffee Region and Cartagena 8-Day Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable food & drink in Bogotá, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Colombia’s 3 Axis of Diversity: Bogota, Coffee Region and Cartagena 8-Day Tour?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Colombia’s 3 Axis of Diversity: Bogota, Coffee Region and Cartagena 8-Day Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 192-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Colombia’s 3 Axis of Diversity: Bogota, Coffee Region and Cartagena 8-Day Tour?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Bogotá can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Bogotá and add a light layer if any part of the 192-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Colombia’s 3 Axis of Diversity: Bogota, Coffee Region and Cartagena 8-Day Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Bogotá within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Bogotá?
+
On Outty we rank every Bogotá experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Free Graffiti Walking Tour Every Day in Bogota, Bogota Zipaquira Salt Cathedral Private Tour + Lunch, Private City Tour Bogota + Monserrate, Gold, Botero and Candelaria.. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Bogotá?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Bogotá?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
