Coffee class with other places to see

I booked the trip only one day before. As they did not have anybody who would attend the coffee class, I started to have a tour with a bigger group and after lunch I started on the place and had a class with very nice guide Hoa and other two people. It was informative and also fun. I liked it a lot. I just felt sorry that the group was back quite early, and they had to wait while I finished the class. I could take some sample of the coffee home. On the tour with Bao we saw a lot: a flower farm, a cricket farm, a silk factory, a place with weasel coffee and a pagoda with a waterfall close by. We even went back to the silk factory to see how the machines were on the move and how the ladies were handling the thin tread of silk. At the end we finished our tour with a short walk on the street with indingenous people. Some places I would stay longer, but it is difficult as we have certain time for it. I have not seen only one thing, that was the waterfall out from the area - Pongour, in that time I had the class. We were picked up at the hotel and also on the way back dropped off. We got from our guide small suprise present, what we can keep and will remind us to the tour. I will remember that part of Vietnam for sure.

Response from the operator: Dear customer, Thank you for spending your valuable time to review for us. Viet Challenge Tours is very happy to have accompanied you on your recent trip. We always acknowledge and appreciate your reviews and will try to improve and develop every day. We hope to see you again on your upcoming trips to Vietnam. Wishing have a great day. Best regard

Go for the coffee tour

If you’re looking for a day trip out, intrigued about coffee and don’t mind the heat, this is for you. Everything was very picturesque, great views and nice time with a small group of people. However the tour is rather long and total time can be reduced substantially, as there was alot of waiting around. The tour guide could make the activities more exciting by providing additional information and enthusiasm. Something to note is be mindful of consuming too much coffee as it is very strong and the combination of long drives, intense heat can cause discomfort. The coffee tour itself is informative and Hoa made it very fun and accommodating!

Coffee Class and DaLat Outskirt Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Da Lat.

How much does Coffee Class and DaLat Outskirt Tour cost?

+

Prices start at $50 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Da Lat usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Coffee Class and DaLat Outskirt Tour take?

+

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Da Lat is not rushed.

Is Coffee Class and DaLat Outskirt Tour worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Da Lat, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Coffee Class and DaLat Outskirt Tour?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Coffee Class and DaLat Outskirt Tour suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 3. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 8-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Coffee Class and DaLat Outskirt Tour?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Da Lat can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Da Lat and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Coffee Class and DaLat Outskirt Tour start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Da Lat within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Da Lat?

+

On Outty we rank every Da Lat experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Canyoning Activity in Da Lat with Lunch, Canyoning Tour in Dalat Viet Nam, Canyoning in Dalat Vietnam. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Da Lat?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Da Lat?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
