Great show, must see if it’s your first time in the DR
This was a fun experience, very crowded people will stand there as you’re trying to walk through. I couldn’t get as many drinks as I wanted because getting to the bar was nearly impossible. Overall great show, but we ended up taking a taxi back because I was ready to go after a while. Transportation was on time and very friendly.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience! We're glad you enjoyed the show and had good transportation. We appreciate your feedback on the crowd and bar accessibility, and we'll take it into consideration for improvements. Hope to see you again!

Funtimes
It was fun just long, should offer a leave early option, it was very loud and the people don't move when you walking
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you had fun. We’ll consider your suggestion for an early leave option and will look into ways to improve crowd flow and noise levels for a better experience.

Amazing performances but way TOO crowded
Extremely crowded, people constantly bumping into you. It was very hard to enjoy the show, only worth it if you spend hundreds on bottle service!
Response from the operator: We're sorry your experience felt overcrowded. Your feedback is important to us, and we'd love to make it right. Please contact our customer service team to share more details so we can address this and improve.

Family night !
The show itself is fantastic and the staff and performers work really hard at ensuring everthing goes to plan . Bought from TUI Royal package costing £453 for 4 tickets online …. With this package we got seats show premium open bar , food …. Shocking we were dumped on the lowest section 2 seats and 2 standing , no food , we were having vodka lemonade and lime with no Vodka ….had seven drinks and walked out fine …. No food and then the server let people stand in our section when we had paid …. For thus service … Show great everything else not so …. Won’t be going again we felt conned …
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely regret the situation you describe; however, it is important to clarify that your reservation was made directly through TUI and not with Somos Viaje Punta Cana, so we demand to please delete the review that does not belong to us. For this reason, we recommend that you contact the TUI team directly so they can address your situation and provide you with the appropriate solution. Regarding Somos Viaje Punta Cana, we assure you that we always work to offer our customers a transparent, organized service that meets the quality standards that characterize us. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you directly in the future, so that you enjoy a complete and hassle-free experience. Best regards, Somos Viaje Punta Cana

Book a table or don’t go!!!!
You 100% need a table. My husband and I (27 years old) went with general admission. We stood in a crowded area with no way to move at all. You will be offered a table for an expensive rate once you’re inside. This isn’t a club it’s a SHOW! So you’ll be watching on your feet for the entire 5 hours. We didn’t get free drinks but you’ll be offered shots for $5 constantly. Overall it’s a great experience just book a table and save yourself the exhaustion of standing the entire time.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the experience overall. Your advice about booking a table is helpful, and we'll take your comments about the standing area into consideration to improve our guests' comfort in the future.

Why this scores 49
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
CocoBongo Punta Cana Entry ticket with Entertainment and Open Bar: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Punta Cana.
How much does CocoBongo Punta Cana Entry ticket with Entertainment and Open Bar cost?
+
Prices start at $110 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Punta Cana usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does CocoBongo Punta Cana Entry ticket with Entertainment and Open Bar take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Punta Cana is not rushed.
Is CocoBongo Punta Cana Entry ticket with Entertainment and Open Bar worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 49 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 24 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Punta Cana, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule CocoBongo Punta Cana Entry ticket with Entertainment and Open Bar?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is CocoBongo Punta Cana Entry ticket with Entertainment and Open Bar suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book CocoBongo Punta Cana Entry ticket with Entertainment and Open Bar?
+
Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Punta Cana can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Punta Cana and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does CocoBongo Punta Cana Entry ticket with Entertainment and Open Bar start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Punta Cana within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Punta Cana?
+
On Outty we rank every Punta Cana experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Punta Cana Zipline - 8 lines and a suspenseful hanging bridge, Punta Cana Buggy or ATV Tour with Macao Beach, Cave and Tastings, Buggy Excursion to Macau Beach and Natural Cave. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Punta Cana?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Punta Cana?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
