Extremely disgusting I’ve always looked forward to calling in, having a meal and a drink.
Unfortunately I was not expecting the disgusting service from a so called manager Chloe has recently been promoted to manager, she doesn’t deserve it as she’s extremely rude and disrespectful towards customers

No show and no support either
We bought the ticket and showed up to the appointment spot. There was supposed to be a followup email with instructions - it never arrived. We tried the contact number on the confirmation email - it was disconnected. TripAdvisor and Viator tried to support by trying to contact them as well - still nothing. We lost 3 hours of my husband’s birthday trying to get someone to help us. When we finally did receive a response (late in the evening) they had the poor class to try and convince us to come back another time - felt like the my were more interested in avoiding giving a refund than in any form of genuine service or support.
Response from the operator: Hello and we sincerely apologize that your husband's birthday experience didn't go as planned. As mentioned in the initial response, we did offer to reschedule the game as it was our technical issue that caused the game link to not be sent. To clarify a few points: our phone system was operational but had an outdated number due to recent ownership changes, which has since been corrected. We're currently upgrading our platform to enhance our automated delivery systems and quest features, which will prevent similar issues in the future. While we always strive to provide excellent service, we understand that even temporary technical challenges can significantly impact our adventurers' experiences. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services. We hope you'll consider joining us for another adventure once our system and quest updates are complete. Best regards, The ARDI Team

Great way to spend an afternoon!
We had a terrific time on our CityQuest Stockholm Syndrome part 1 adventure. Ardi was super responsive and everyone was really nice. The app was user friendly and had fun clues in it and the adventure as a whole was well planned. The story was engaging and led you around in a perfect amount of time and a manageable part of town. I would highly recommend these and can’t wait to come back for more!!!

Part one well done!
Took part in this quest together with friends. I am kind of fan of all sorts of quests and escape rooms and alike, really like this type of activities. And this very game was exactly on that level when your brains need to work hard, but not melt and pour out through your ears because of too specific logic of game makers. Lagom, as the Swedish people would say. The game does not require deep knowledge about Stockholm which I would consider a plus — a tourist can enjoy it as much, as any resident will. Yet it makes you move and use your eyes, so you are going to notice something that you may have never noticed in everyday life. I like how the game makers used social networks for this game. What I missed a bit is, probably, finding some “real evidences” in real life. Like find a bag, open it, decipher a paper and so on. But it would require extra job for creaters, hence would cost more. But would be nice to have. Are you reading me, guys? :) if yes, consider my idea and send me a virtual hug if you implement it 😊 I can’t but mention a plot. This game has a plot, it’s not just a chain of tasks like “take a pic of that monument with your teammates”. The plot is quite good, and the scenario of the game is developing around it. Good to know that after part one you can play another part. We are already choosing the date. No pics, sorry-were too busy 🙃
Response from the operator: Thanks for your feedback! We really appreciate your suggestions. We have plans to conduct competitions where we will have real evidence in the game. But we'll do it when concerns about Corona are over. See you in the next episode!

Why this scores 56
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
CityQuest in Stockholm - To See Stockholm and Die: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Stockholm.
How much does CityQuest in Stockholm - To See Stockholm and Die cost?
+
Prices start at $179 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Stockholm usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does CityQuest in Stockholm - To See Stockholm and Die take?
+
Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Stockholm is not rushed.
Is CityQuest in Stockholm - To See Stockholm and Die worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 16 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Stockholm, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule CityQuest in Stockholm - To See Stockholm and Die?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is CityQuest in Stockholm - To See Stockholm and Die suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book CityQuest in Stockholm - To See Stockholm and Die?
+
Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Stockholm can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Stockholm and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does CityQuest in Stockholm - To See Stockholm and Die start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Stockholm within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Stockholm?
+
On Outty we rank every Stockholm experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Stockholm: Walking Tour of the Old Town, Best of Stockholm: Small Group Walking Tour (Max 10, 3 Hours), Vasa Museum Guided Tour, Including Ticket & Guide. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Stockholm?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Stockholm?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
