Stay away at any cost!!!
This excursion lasts 11+ hours. This was all in an un-air conditioned bus unless you call opened window’s air conditioning The first place we stopped was horseback riding. The actual ride is about 10-15 minutes through the pasture. You then spend an hour at their little shop and “cigar factory” watching a guy roll 2 to 3 cigars then get hounded to buy something. The next stop was a church in town. We were there about 15-20 minutes. It would have been nice to be here longer to explore the church and grounds. We were then taken to the city farmers market where we literally walked through it without stopping. We couldn’t look at anything because we were told to not stop and keep up with the group plus we were looking down the whole time making sure we didn’t step in anything. It was nasty. We were then ushered into a souvenir shop where we stayed for 30-45 minutes. Next stop was lunch where we were met by the workers from the horseback riding and cigar factory serving us lunch. Lunch was good. Next stop was a little house where a family actually lived with the man of the housing laying in bed and grandma doing dishes. The family has a farm where they grow different plants like coffee beans, cocoa beans, and sugar cane. We saw how they produce each by hand for sale. We were then expected to buy something from this family. After this we went to a ranch for the zip lining and buggy rides. We completed 5 towers then went on a 30 minute buggy ride where we had to keep stopping for people behind us not keeping up. Also our buggy jumped out of gear as we were going over bumps. After that is where it really got even worse. There was a photographer taking pictures all day of the group. They then went from family to family showing their pictures in a phone. We were again expected to buy the pictures at $40 per person in the group or $15 per picture. We spent over and hour and a half for 6 groups to buy pictures. We felt like we were being held hostage until each group agreed to buy pictures. If you said that you didn’t have the $40 per person they would ask you how much money you had left. They would not take no for an answer. We do not recommend this excursion or company to anyone.

Dont waste your money
Dont waste your money.. it's a horrible you do 5 tours but the horse back riding it's in a farm u do a circle and it over the buggies u have to share rides even tho u pay separate. I had to pay xtra 50 to ride my own buggy and it's only a 15mins ride..
Response from the operator: thanks we will take it in consideration

Loved it!
Very long tour we were gone almost 12 hours but we had a great time! We definitely did more than 5 things. A great way to get some history of punta cana and do some exiting/adventurous things. Roberto was hilarious and very well known EVERYWHERE. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting:)

The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
City Tour with Horseback Riding, Zipline, and Dune Buggy at the Countryside: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Punta Cana.
How much does City Tour with Horseback Riding, Zipline, and Dune Buggy at the Countryside cost?
+
Prices start at $150 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Punta Cana usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does City Tour with Horseback Riding, Zipline, and Dune Buggy at the Countryside take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Punta Cana is not rushed.
Is City Tour with Horseback Riding, Zipline, and Dune Buggy at the Countryside worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 48 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Punta Cana, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule City Tour with Horseback Riding, Zipline, and Dune Buggy at the Countryside?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is City Tour with Horseback Riding, Zipline, and Dune Buggy at the Countryside suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 6. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 8-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book City Tour with Horseback Riding, Zipline, and Dune Buggy at the Countryside?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Punta Cana can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Punta Cana and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does City Tour with Horseback Riding, Zipline, and Dune Buggy at the Countryside start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Punta Cana within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Punta Cana?
+
On Outty we rank every Punta Cana experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Punta Cana Zipline - 8 lines and a suspenseful hanging bridge, Punta Cana Buggy or ATV Tour with Macao Beach, Cave and Tastings, Buggy Excursion to Macau Beach and Natural Cave. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Punta Cana?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Punta Cana?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
