Beautiful experience
All beautiful! The best attention from Cari and Mayra who advised us at all times, we knew Miami in the best way and even give us some time on bikes to see the beach!

Very Bad
This experience has many, many faults. The tour stared (1 Hour late) the tour Guide was not a friendly guide. We drove around the city for approx.. 1 Hour total on a 2 1/2 hour schedules tour. The guide had us stop in little Havana and get off the bus to eat at a restaurant that she personally recommended. The guide gave us (50) min to eat and look at a few shops. Well after 50 min in the restaurant that the guide recommended we still had not received our meal ( 1 Empanada and a Cuban Sandwich). We had to go find the Guide who was sitting in the rear of the restaurant taking with non tour individuals and tell her to Help us. We had to take our order to go and we did not see anything in Little Havana other than that restaurant. We stopped on the way back to the bus to get a bottle of water (for 3-5 Min) and the guide had closed the door and was about to leave us. DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR OR ANY OTHERS FROM THIS BUSINESS.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very informative, the service at the shop was excellent. My family and I enjoyed this experience this store provided and would highly recommend it to anyone coming into Miami

No COVID 19 guidelines….COVID spread likely!!!
RUN AWAY for your safety!!! This place has no guideline to avoid the propagation of the COVID 19 virus. We booked the city tour hoping we could enjoy and learn about the city of Miami. We were forced to sit next to people without face masks (many coughing and sneezing around us). When we tried to sit in the bottom floor to try to get away from these people there were more persons without face masks (also coughing and sneezing). This is not something that was explained to us before we got on. Our though was that there was a city ordinance to wear facemasks in public transportation. Knowing this I would not book this tour. We ended up leaving the tour and getting an Uber back to the store to get our Money back and they simply laughed on our face. (1655 James ave). If you want to protect yourself I would suggest to find a different place / option.
Response from the operator: Since you are so worried about the Covid-19 guidelines. You should educate yourself on the Florida guidelines for Covid 19 before participating in tourist activities in Florida. Aside from that, we would like to hear your experience on what the tour actually consists of, instead of complaining about us not catering to your agonizing fear of the Covid19 virus. turn off your TV.

Why this scores 52
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
City and Boat Tour Included Little Havana Plus FREE Bike Rental.: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Miami.
How much does City and Boat Tour Included Little Havana Plus FREE Bike Rental. cost?
+
Prices start at $95 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Miami usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does City and Boat Tour Included Little Havana Plus FREE Bike Rental. take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Miami is not rushed.
Is City and Boat Tour Included Little Havana Plus FREE Bike Rental. worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.7/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Miami, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule City and Boat Tour Included Little Havana Plus FREE Bike Rental.?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is City and Boat Tour Included Little Havana Plus FREE Bike Rental. suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book City and Boat Tour Included Little Havana Plus FREE Bike Rental.?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Miami can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Miami and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does City and Boat Tour Included Little Havana Plus FREE Bike Rental. start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Miami within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Miami?
+
Miami splits between the water and the neighbourhoods. Biscayne Bay boat tours, Key Biscayne snorkelling and Everglades airboats cover the first, while Wynwood mural walks, Little Havana food crawls and South Beach deco tours cover the second. We rank Everglades operators carefully: many depart from Miami but the good ones run their own boats rather than reselling seats. On Outty we rank every Miami experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 2 hrs Miami Private Boat with Cooler, Ice, Bluetooth Stereo, Little Havana Food and Walking Tour in Miami, Miami: 2 Hour Private Yacht Cruise. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Miami?
+
November to April, dry season, before hurricane and humidity months. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Miami?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
