Great tour!
The one-day tour was a pleasant one, not too rushed, and everything was conducted at a pace that suited us. We had a great time with Charles, and we especially appreciated that he took some photos for us with his camera, which we found to be very thoughtful. Charles was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the journey. He shared interesting insights about the places we visited while ensuring that we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to discover Chongqing in a relaxed and enjoyable way. Thank you, Charles, for making our trip such a memorable experience. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Chongqing!

10/10 Private Tour
Highly recommend this tour as an intro to Chongqing. Communication was excellent from the moment I booked. My guide Sophie knew the city so well and took me through a maze and down paths that I never would have found on my own and to many great viewpoints and cute neighborhoods. She also knew a great local noodle spot for lunch where we stopped. Her knowledge about the city’s history was wonderful to learn from as well as we walked around and took the metro. This was my first time trying a private tour and was a great experience, I plan to try in other cities in the future now.

Chongqing Cyber City 1 day (Request Sophie!)
The Chongqing Cyber City in 1-day was with every penny. I could not have asked for a better tour guide than Sophie! She met me at the meeting point (Linjiangmen Station) at the 11:00 am meeting time and the adventure began. We first stopped at the Liberation monument before going over to try some spicy ice cream on the famous food street in Chongqing. We then headed for all the major stops on the tour (which were terrific) and one of the highlights of the tour was some of the tea/coffee/food stops that she recommended. We sampled some of the local Chongqing teas at the top of the Hongya Cave area and then had plenty of Chongqing Street food for lunch. After lunch we headed out to visit more of the major attractions in Chongqing before ending the day at one of the best coffee shops I've ever been too. Sophie was very, very knowledgeable of all the major landmarks in Chongqing and was just a terrific person to talk to for 7-8 hours. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone that wants to learn more about Chongqing and I hope they have Sophie as their tour guide for the day!

What a great way to see Chongqing from an insider perspective!
We had a multigenerational group of 5 and needed a guide who could work for everyone. Suvon delivered for each of us. She knew every shortcut, every hidden spot, and exactly how to dodge the tourist crowds without missing anything worth seeing. She helped us take a ton of great photos and videos along the way. The daytime sights were fantastic, and the way she timed our evening to catch the city lights was perfectly done. She also guided us to the best local food! Her English is perfect, her communication is excellent, and she kept everyone genuinely engaged the whole time. She knows a lot of American pop culture and our group connected with her immediately. Guoer matched us with exactly the right person. The booking process was smooth, and having a trusted guide waiting for us made the whole trip stress-free. Suvon is our favorite guide, and you should definitely request her. We’re already planning our next visit and she’s the first thing we’re booking!

Why this scores 70
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Chongqing Cyber City in 1 Day Private tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Chongqing.
How much does Chongqing Cyber City in 1 Day Private tour cost?
+
Prices start at $74 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Chongqing usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Chongqing Cyber City in 1 Day Private tour take?
+
Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Chongqing is not rushed.
Is Chongqing Cyber City in 1 Day Private tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Chongqing, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Chongqing Cyber City in 1 Day Private tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Chongqing Cyber City in 1 Day Private tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Chongqing Cyber City in 1 Day Private tour?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Chongqing can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Chongqing and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Chongqing Cyber City in 1 Day Private tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Chongqing within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Chongqing?
+
On Outty we rank every Chongqing experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Chongqing Wulong National Park Private Tour, Premium Chongqing Private Tours: Highlights, Night View or Cruise, Chongqing 8D Mountain City Full Day Join In Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Chongqing?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Chongqing?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
