More than a cooking class, a true taste of Chioggia

This cooking class with Damiano was one of the most memorable experiences of our stay in Chioggia. We made fresh handmade pasta with octopus, prepared tiramisu and then sat down together to enjoy everything we had cooked. What made the experience so special was Damiano’s incredible hospitality. From the very beginning, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming and full of laughter. At the same time, the class was packed with useful information, practical cooking tips and fascinating stories about the local food culture and the region. It was not just about following recipes. We gained a real insight into Chioggia, its traditions and its culinary identity. That combination of cooking, storytelling and genuine hospitality made the experience feel truly authentic. The tiramisu was so delicious that I have already made it three times at home, and every guest has loved it. I would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Chioggia who wants to experience more than the usual sightseeing. We are already planning our next trip and would happily book another cooking class with Damiano. An absolute highlight!
