More Than Just Drivers—They Became Part of Our Journey

I cannot say enough good things about every single driver we encountered during our 10-day stay in Italy. Every ride was punctual, comfortable, and enjoyable, and each driver went above and beyond to make our trip even more memorable. Simone was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and gave my mom and me fantastic dinner recommendations that ended up being some of our favorite meals of the trip. We also had the pleasure of riding with Cosimo on multiple occasions, and he was truly exceptional. He was one of the kindest, most intelligent people we met during our travels. His professionalism, warm personality, and genuine conversations made every drive something we looked forward to. The entire team made us feel safe, welcomed, and well taken care of from the moment we arrived until the day we left. I would recommend this company without hesitation to anyone traveling to Italy. They played a huge part in making our trip unforgettable. Thank you all for such an amazing experience!

Response from the operator: I am deeply grateful to receive such great reviews because I am aware of the potential of my staff, but hearing it is never enough!

The best driver for the best day in Chianti

We set up a tasting/lunch at a Chianti winery and needed a private driver- we were so lucky to find Chianti Drivers! Working with Sabrina was super easy and the communication about our day was on point. She made several suggestions to add to our day- which were a perfect addition. Sam, our driver, was amazing. On time, super friendly, funny and knowledgeable about the entire region. We would highly recommend them and look forward to our next Tuscany trip!

Response from the operator: Hi Regina nice to hear you again! So happy about your words and glad to arrange all you will need in the future!!!

    Trips to Tuscany

We took 2 1/2 day trips from downtown Florence. 1 day we went to San Gimignano and a winery tour and lunch. Massimo was an excellent guide and showed us many sights and explained things as we went. the winery tour and lunch at the winery were done very well. The second day we went to Greve in Chianti. Since we did not have a specific plan Massimo drove us to multiple sites and explained more things. Michaelangelo's memorial park with awesome views of Florence from high up. We also went by the house where Leanardo DaVinci painted the Mona Lisa, went to a tiny village where Americo Vespucci was born and had a family seal in a square. the views and information he explained to us was excellent. Stopping by and just checking out old villages and walk ways. Much more than I can list here. So much more than just a ride to a village. Would recommend this trip to everyone. Get out of the city and check out the Tuscan countryside!

Response from the operator: Thank you John very nice to hear your words

A perfect day in Tuscany with Simone- Truly Unforgettable!

A Perfect Day in Tuscany with Simone – Truly Unforgettable! Our day exploring Tuscany with Simone was, without question, the highlight of our entire holiday. From start to finish, it was a magical experience we’ll never forget. We began with a scenic drive to Piazza Michelangelo, where we were treated to a breathtaking panoramic view of Florence—an absolutely stunning start to the day. From there, Simone took us to charming, lesser-known towns tucked away in the Tuscan hills, giving us a true sense of authentic Tuscan life far from the usual tourist paths. Throughout the journey, Simone shared fascinating stories and rich history, pointing out important landmarks and offering insights that brought Tuscany to life. He was incredibly informative, personable, and charming—the perfect guide. The day concluded at a gorgeous winery, where we enjoyed incredible views, delicious food, and excellent wine. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. If you’re planning a trip to Tuscany, do yourself a favor and book a tour with Simone. His passion for the region and thoughtful approach made this the most memorable day of our entire trip.

Response from the operator: So glad about your review thanks

Chianti Vineyards Tours in Private Luxury Van from Florence: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Florence.

How much does Chianti Vineyards Tours in Private Luxury Van from Florence cost?

    +

Prices start at $710 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Florence usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Chianti Vineyards Tours in Private Luxury Van from Florence take?

    +

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Florence is not rushed.

Is Chianti Vineyards Tours in Private Luxury Van from Florence worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 21 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Florence, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Chianti Vineyards Tours in Private Luxury Van from Florence?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Chianti Vineyards Tours in Private Luxury Van from Florence suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Chianti Vineyards Tours in Private Luxury Van from Florence?

    +

Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Florence can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Florence and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Chianti Vineyards Tours in Private Luxury Van from Florence start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Florence within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Florence?

    +

On Outty we rank every Florence experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best tour in Florence: Renaissance & Medici Tales - guided by a STORYTELLER, Florence Pizza or Pasta Class & Gelato Making at a Tuscan Farm, Small group Tuscan Wineries, Olive Oil & Gourmet Lunch or Dinner. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Florence?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Florence?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
