Visit unique Buddhist temples.

We had an amazing experience on the Chiang Rai White, Red, and Blue Temples Tour from Chiang Mai. Each temple was truly unique and impressive in its own way—the White Temple was breathtaking with its intricate details and symbolic artwork, the Blue Temple stood out with its striking colors and peaceful atmosphere, and the Red Temple offered a beautiful blend of culture, history, and local charm. The tour was very well organized, and our tour guide took excellent care of us throughout the journey, making sure everyone was comfortable, informed, and enjoying the experience. The explanations were clear and interesting, which made the visits even more meaningful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Northern Thailand.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your review. We are glad to know that you liked the experience. Your kind words will be passed on to the tour guide.

Well-Organized Chiang Rai Highlights Tour with Friendly Guide

We had a very enjoyable day on this tour. The itinerary was well planned, covering the White, Blue, and Red Temples with enough time to explore and take photos without feeling rushed. The guide was friendly, helpful, and explained the history and cultural background clearly, which made the experience more meaningful. Transportation was comfortable, and pickup arrangements were handled smoothly. The stop at Lalitta Café was a nice bonus and a relaxing way to end the trip. While traffic affected travel time slightly, overall the tour was good value for money and well organized. We would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Chiang Mai who wants to see Chiang Rai’s highlights in one day.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your review. We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed the experience. Your kind feedback will be shared with the tour guide.

Waste of a day

I should start by saying I should read the trip details better. What I didn’t pick up on is a 3.5 hour trip each way, with eleven of us in a cramped 12 seater mini bus for around 8 hours during a 13 hour trip in total. The temples would have been worth seeing if you were more local, the long neck village would definitely not (but is optional). All in all pretty much a waste of a day of our holiday. I did say that I should have read the details, but equally the tour companies should realise that transporting customers in an inappropriate vehicle for that length of journey would p**s people off. The ‘English speaking’ guide that was with us was hard to understand and didn’t provide much insight when we could.

Response from the operator: We’re sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations. Please note that the tour duration is clearly stated on the product page. As this tour travels from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai, our guests are generally aware of the travel time involved. The tour is operated with a standard van, which is typically suitable for the duration of the journey.
