Ballon is going on its own course. But well piloted. It was an experience just been on other rides and they could fly it to designated areas. Did the 2hour massage and that was awesome! Professional and nice place

Fog and clouds

According to viator they don't fly with visibility less then 5 km. We couldn't even see 200 meter and where still flying. The pilot wasn't happy with it either. We expexted a nice view over the area but we could only see clouds and fog. All the personel around the flight where very kind and helpfull. The pilot was a great guy as well. For us the massage at the spa was making up for the disapointing ballooning experience.

Once in a Lifetime Experience! Highly Recommend!!

I was picked up on time from my door and taken to the hot air balloon site. All necessary COVID precautions were taken. I was treated to a light breakfast before we started. The pilot provided a safety briefing then we were up up and away. To say the view over Chiang Mai was breathtaking would be an understatement. I felt completely safe the whole time and the pilot was very pleasant. After our flight, we were treated to a traditional champagne toast. I had a great experience. After the hot air balloon ride, I was taken to the spa for my massage. It was very relaxing. I got a delicious beverage and snack before and after my treatments. I requested a substitute treatment and they were super accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend this package.

Romantic sunrise ballon trip with amazing spa treatments

We both had a lovely time well organised,and on time for our early pick up ,clear sky’s made the sunrise look amazing , nice breakfast and champagne 🍾, the only little niggle user would have liked a bit information about where we flying over landmarks etc ,if did not ask I don’t think he would have said a word , saying that the pilot was polite as were the rest of the team. And Wow just wow at the Fah Lanna spa absolutely loved every second of it amazing place and staff , I heard a few o e click back into place .. brilliant and a free taxi home 10/10
