Along the way, we'll uncover the legacy of Lanna food traditions, Chinese and regional influences that have travelled here over generations. Expect smoky grills, rich curries, silky noodles, fiery dips, crisp market bites and dishes shaped by generations of Chinese influence, plus a few delicious surprises we’d rather let you discover on the night.
