We will stop at Highland (Upland) Park which is the highest point in Baku, opening a panoramic view of the capital city. You can reach the park by climbing a long flight of stairs or by taking a scenic ride on a funicular.

Fountain Square
It starts from the Istiglaliyyat Street and walls of the Icheri Sheher and stretches through Nizami Street, also called in popular culture as the Torgovaya street running parallel to Baku Boulevard. The name of the fountains square derives from the presence of dozens of fountains throughout the square first constructed during Soviet rule of Azerbaijan. The fountains square is a location where the city authorities hold many public festivals, shows and celebrations.

The next stop is going to be the Baku Boulevard, which is considered as sea embankment, beauty and pride of Baku. It is 25 kilometers of magnificent park with exotic trees, shopping and entertainment centers, magnificent bicycle paths, views of the Government House of Soviet Azerbaijan. Additionally, the park is famous for having a small version of Venice. With its canals and bridges, as well as boat trips, it fascinates the guests of the city and the people of Baku. While walking on foot a bit further from Boulvard You will see a huge carousel named Baku's eye, Crystall Hall (Built for Eurovision), National Carpet museum building, Deniz Shopping Mall and etc.

Our next visit will be Heydar Aliyev Center, which is considered as masterpiece of modern architecture with the style of deconstructionism from the "Queen of Curved Lines" from Zaha Hadid. On its territory, there is a magnificent park with green lawns and snow-white footpaths which pass near original sculptures and compositions, the most famous of which being the favorite of the guests of the city, "I Love Baku".

They did not pick me up from the start point at 5pm I would like a full refund. I messaged but had no response and wasted 40 minutes waiting for this tour. I am only in Baku for 1 night so I am very disappointed.
