Very Knowledgeable group!
I took all of my walking tours and tour of Teotihuacan with Estaction Mexico's tour guides and they were all very knowledgeable about each of the respective tours. They spoke perfectly good english and overall I enjoyed the tours with all of them!
Response from the operator: Hello, thank you very much for your comment. We are very happy to read you and know that in all our tours you had a great experience. Every day we work very hard to deliver the best to all of you so that you fall in love with Mexico. We wait for you very soon.

Informative Walk
Visited Chapultepec Park during Día de los Muertos. The guide (Stefania, I think) clearly knows CDMX history and current issues. Even though the tour started 15 minutes late waiting for other participants, our group of 5 managed to finish about 30 minutes early. I enjoyed the walk starting from El Ángel to the park. It was extra colourful with all the Alebrijes display. Standard recommended tip for the whole 2 hours tour is MXN 200 per person.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your comment, Estefania will be very happy to read you and know that his effort was well received from you. Every day we work to give you the best experiences and enjoy your trip in Mexico City to the fullest. We wait for you very soon.

Free Walking Tour - Chapultepec
I joined free walking tour in chapultepec on 28th March. As like the other tours from estacionmexico, this tour was also so nice. The tour guide was Teresa and she knew the history of mexico so well. I still remember what she explained in front of those structures illustrated on the pictures that I uploaded. (I'll do not spoil. focus on guide's explanation.) Unfortunately, the tour itself does not contain entering to the chapultepec castle (free for students) or anthropology museum (75 pesos for adults, maybe). but the guide would sufficiently explain about the history related to the castle and you would also be guided to the place that one cannot easily find. You can reserve other non-free tours from estacionmexico with discounted prices if you finish the free walking tour. I definitely recommend to book the tours if you liked the walking tour.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for walking with us the area of Chapultepec !! We love knowing that your experience was pleasant and that you had a good impression of a wonderful place like Chapultepec. We wait for you very soon to keep walking and knowing more places.

We learned so much
We took the Chapultepec tour with Violeta on 1/10. Her knowledge and enthusiasm about the subject matter and her love of CDMX were infectious. In addition to factual information about, for instance, the "corruption tower", we learned about the political history that led to the tower being called that. The forest is magnificent. Now that I've heard so much about the sites there, I'm anxious to return and spend more time there on my next trip.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for walking with Estación México Free Tours. Violeta is a girl who loves the city and for that reason she will always make your visit to the CDMX unique, we are happy to know that having made our tour has excited you to continue discovering even more the City of Mexico. We wait for you very soon.

Very enthusiastic guides!
I went on two free walking tours with Estacion to Centro Historico and Chapultepec castillo. Both tour guides we had, Natasha and Violeta, were very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the areas we visited. The tours were informative and provided an overview of Mexican history and culture. Definitely recommend!
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for walking and discovering Mexico City with Estación México, Chapultepec is a magical place and we love to share it. Violeta and Natasha are two girls who love the city and love sharing their knowledge with everyone who visits the CDMX, we hope to see them soon.

Chapultepec Castle with Guide: The Only Royal Castle in America: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Mexico City.
How much does Chapultepec Castle with Guide: The Only Royal Castle in America cost?
+
Prices start at $50 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Mexico City usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Chapultepec Castle with Guide: The Only Royal Castle in America take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Mexico City is not rushed.
Is Chapultepec Castle with Guide: The Only Royal Castle in America worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 22 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Mexico City, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Chapultepec Castle with Guide: The Only Royal Castle in America?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Chapultepec Castle with Guide: The Only Royal Castle in America suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Chapultepec Castle with Guide: The Only Royal Castle in America?
+
Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Mexico City can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Mexico City and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Chapultepec Castle with Guide: The Only Royal Castle in America start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Mexico City within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Mexico City?
+
On Outty we rank every Mexico City experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Teotihuacan 3 Pyramids Tour + Hotel Pick Up + Lunch at La Gruta, Historic Center Essentials: Mexico City Downtown Walking Tour, PREMIUM Frida Kahlo Museum and Xochimilco (Small Groups). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Mexico City?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Mexico City?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
