A wonderful private tour with pickup from the cruise port
What a wonderful experience! We booked a private tour with the same itinerary to ensure that had the ability to make adjustments, if needed. I reached out to Andy Tran Tours and Andy himself answered within minutes. We exchanged a few messages via WhatsApp on the details of the tour and I let him know we would be arriving via cruise ship and would need to be picked up at the Chan May port. He assured me that if I needed to cancel I could do so prior to the start of the trip. A couple of days before the start of the tour we exchanged confirmation emails and he sent me photos of the meeting spot, a photo of our guide Mr. Ty, a description of the car and the car's license plate. Wow! I really appreciated those details being shared. We were easily able to locate Mr. Ty and our driver, Mr. Linh. Mr. Ty is a wonderful and thoughtful tour guide and speaks English well. He provided a lot of good information and has a great sense of humor! It was pouring rain during our tour of Monkey Mountain and parts of the trek up the mountain were a bit slick. Mr. Ty always looked out for us to make sure we were safe. At all sites we learned a great deal about their history, along with general information about the area and Vietnam. A great bonus is that Mr. Ty has a good eye for great photos. We had lunch at a local restaurant and stopped in Hoi An for a walk around the historic town. They had asked us about food allergies and preferences and I asked for an authentic local meal. And that is what we received. It was delicious and plentiful. The best surprise was that Andy Tran himself showed up at the restaurant to say hello. What a wonderful surprise! Mr. Ty was very respectful of our desired return time to ensure we didn't miss our boat. Despite the crazy weather we returned at our requested time. I highly recommend Andy Tran Tours!

Fantastic Service
We had booked 2 tours in Vietnam from our cruise on the Norwegian Jade, however due to the Coronavirus we were unable to disembark. The prompt service we received from this company was excellent. We were informed the day before my Andy that we wouldn’t be docking although the cruise line wouldn’t confirm this. Andy immediately refunded us our deposit. I would highly recommend this company, there customer service is exceptional unlike NCL!

Private Tour with Delightful Guide
We expected a small group, but were delighted when we were introduced to Thuy and Mae, our very own guide and driver! 27 year old Thuy speaks English and Mandarin along with her native Vietnamese she had great knowledge and humor, too! She even sang two songs for us. Oh, she is also a great photographer, making sure we were memorialized at our many stops. Owner Andy was a great communicator and we loved our stops: Marble Mountain (note deep, uneven steps to move around) with its amazing cave and the display of so many natural colors of marble with the nearby vendors; colorful pagodas and huge Lady Buddha; Hoi An’s charming old town; and a delicious included lunch at a lovely restaurant. We were totally satisfied with every aspect of our experience.

Great day spent sightseeing from Cruiseship terminal
I booked tour with Andy Tours to go to Marble Mountain, Monkey mountain and Hoi An. I was worried as I did this on line and was my first time booking a tour that was not organised by cruise ship. Royal Caribbean Voyager the Seas. This was the best day that we spent on shore in Vietnam. Andy was at cruise terminal waiting for us as promised. Our guide Nghia was excellent. We were a small group of four adults. The driver was very good at his job and friendly. As a small group we could take as much time at each place as needed. We were able to go via the Hai Van Pass with beautiful views. Guide was very informative and patient as we took longer at some of the sights. We had a lovely lunch at small eatery that was amongst market gardens. Loved sightseeing in Hoi An and shopping. My favourite was Linh Ung Pagoda. We travelled back to cruise ship with plenty of time before ship set sail. I highly recommend Andy Tours.

How much does CHAN MAY orTIEN SA Port toMONKEY MOUNTAIN-Marble Mountain-Hoi An cost?
+
Prices start at $90 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Da Nang usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does CHAN MAY orTIEN SA Port toMONKEY MOUNTAIN-Marble Mountain-Hoi An take?
+

Is CHAN MAY orTIEN SA Port toMONKEY MOUNTAIN-Marble Mountain-Hoi An worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Da Nang, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule CHAN MAY orTIEN SA Port toMONKEY MOUNTAIN-Marble Mountain-Hoi An?
+

Is CHAN MAY orTIEN SA Port toMONKEY MOUNTAIN-Marble Mountain-Hoi An suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 6. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 7-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book CHAN MAY orTIEN SA Port toMONKEY MOUNTAIN-Marble Mountain-Hoi An?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Da Nang can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Da Nang and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does CHAN MAY orTIEN SA Port toMONKEY MOUNTAIN-Marble Mountain-Hoi An start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Da Nang within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Da Nang?
+
On Outty we rank every Da Nang experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Golden Bridge and Ba Na Hills Small Group Tour, Hue Imperial City - Hai Van Pass Small Group From Danang/HoiAn, Easy Rider Motorbike Tour via Hai Van Pass From DaNang/HoiAn/Hue. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Da Nang?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Da Nang?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
