    Bali Nest is THE BEST

We had an absolute blast today with Adi, exploring Bali at at a leisurely pace whilst having so much fun with our tour guy Adi! We went to Ulun Danu Beratan Temple (magical place where on top of all the beautiful scenery you can see Bali else lavender 😉), we then stopped to feed the monkeys (although we were not prepared and had no food with us, but there were so many of them and they came really close too). After that we stopped for tea and coffee, had lunch in a local house and then saw the terraced rice fields. Simply amazing experience. Would love to return some day and would not hesitate to contact Adi @ Bali Nest Tour Travel. Thank you again!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the glowing review! We are so glad you had a 'blast' with Adi. It sounds like you captured the magic of Ulun Danu Beratan perfectly—and yes, that 'Bali lavender' is a wonderful little surprise! We're happy the monkeys came out to play even without the snacks, and that you enjoyed the authentic experience of lunch in a local home. Adi will be so happy to hear your kind words. We can’t wait to welcome you back for more adventures!

An Awesome Day with a great Guide

We had a wonderful tour with Dikaa today (BaliNest). Dikaa picked us up promptly at the port in a nice air conditioned vehicle. We went to the hot springs (beautiful), the temple (gorgeous) and the beach (a bit too rough today). Dikaa was super knowledgeable. We had a great day. We would definitely book with BaliNest again. FYI BaliNest also does tours in Benoa.

Response from the operator: Hi there! Thank you so much for the kind words. We are thrilled to hear that you had a wonderful day exploring the hot springs and temples with Dikaa. He is indeed a wealth of knowledge, and I’ll be sure to pass your praise along to him! Even though the ocean was a bit restless today, we’re glad the rest of the trip made up for it. We look forward to seeing you again—perhaps for a tour in Benoa next time!

Celukan Bawang private North Bali Nature Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Ubud.

How much does Celukan Bawang private North Bali Nature Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $35 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Ubud usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Celukan Bawang private North Bali Nature Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 12 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Ubud is not rushed.

Is Celukan Bawang private North Bali Nature Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 79 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 34 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Ubud, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Celukan Bawang private North Bali Nature Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Celukan Bawang private North Bali Nature Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 12-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Celukan Bawang private North Bali Nature Tour?

    +

Around 12 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Ubud can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Ubud and add a light layer if any part of the 12-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Celukan Bawang private North Bali Nature Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Ubud within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Ubud?

    +

On Outty we rank every Ubud experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mount Batur Jeep Adventure, Best of Ubud Full-Day Tour with Jungle Swing, Full-Day Tour to Water Temples and UNESCO Rice Terraces in Bali. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Ubud?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Ubud?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
