What a beautiful trip. Our guide was outstanding and very knowledgeable about the history of the town. Such a cute town. Very worthwhile, you will love it.

Cute town but HORRBLE tour company!

Can I give 0 stars? They did a horrible job. They picked us up at our cruise ship location as promised then proceeded to go to town to pick up more people. They had difficulty finding them. This stop took off a good 1/2 hour off of our day. One of the tour guides took the front seat which was one of the best seats on the bus. He should have sat in the seat next to the bus driver. The other tour guide was nice but had horrible body odor. We were bussed to Alberobello. Not either one spoke a word about the region of Pugila as we were driven there. It would have been nice to get some information along the way to Alberobello about the region. The one guy in the front seat sat on his phone the entire way there & back. When we got to Alberobello, we were handed off to a local tour guide. She was the only good part of the tour but was rushed because we got there late. The town is very cute & worth visiting but not with this tour company. When the tour ended, we had free time to eat & shop in Alberobello but the meeting point at the end was extremely unclear. The stop in Ostini was bad. No tour. We were left to figure out things on our own so what did we pay for? A bus ride? They walked VERY fast & way ahead of the group without looking to see if the whole group was there. Nearly lost some of us. Very nerve racking wondering if they would leave without you. They should have been more clear about the meeting points/times & then should have had people check in with them to make sure everyone was there. Their tour & communication skills are lacking & horrible. Find another company to go with other than them. It's a cute town & worth seeing but not with them. Just an expensive bus ride.

Basically just a bus that gets you to the two destinations and back again. No commentary on the bus however there was a local tour guide at Alberobello cthat was quite informative.

Leave out Ostuni

Appreciate we had a lot to cover in a short time as our cruise ship left early afternoon but tour could have left Ostuni out and and reduced the price on this day. The bus driver was surly, Franco had no personality and said nothing. The other guy tried hard to make the tour a bit of fun. The guide int the Alberobello town was good but also had to cut tour short. Would not recommend this tour unless you had more time.
