they don’t really do pick ups
it say that transportation is provided but they won’t pick you up from your hotel if you are staying at barcelo bávaro palace because they are not allowed inside. they should tell you this information before you book. they told us to meeting location was at jellyfish restaurant which is an 11 min car ride and 1 hour walk on the beach. they agreed to pick us up at the entrance of our hotel so we caught a cab to our entrance. they said be there at 2:40 and we got there at 2:35 and waited until 2:50. the provider contacted me on whatsapp and said that their chauffeur would not be able to pick us up on time. we even offered to catch another taxi to the jellyfish restaurant and they still cancelled our reservation. we are leaving tomorrow and were really disappointed about this. horrible communication

First I booked for transpiration and couldn’t get that, then the person took about a hour to come get us on the boat,experienced was cool, could’ve been better
