Top Tours Mallorca: Disastrous Organization
Unfortunately Top Tours Mallorca turned out to be Worst Tours Mallorca. I booked a tour for my last day on the island to go and visit the Drach Caves. I had a pick up point confirmed at 8.35. At 9.00 after already waiting half an hour, I received a message to say the bus would pick me up 9.25. No explanation or apology. By 9.40 still no bus had arrived and I received a video supposedly of the meeting point saying the bus had gone and I was not there! I later received another message to say there had been an error and could I go another day! Still no explanation or apology. No thank you. I will waste my time once but once is enough. So I never got to visit the Drach Caves. ☹️ I did find the Viator booking process easy to use and I felt they handled the refund very well. So I would use the same platform to book, but of course with a different operator.
Response from the operator: First of all, please accept our apologies. We believe there was a product configuration issue, as you mentioned having an 8:35 AM slot. The meeting point you selected is "THE POPPA CLUB" (in front of the Cathedral) and the pickup time is 9:35 AM . We departed for the caves at 9:35 AM because, with 60 passengers on the bus, we could not wait any longer. We regret the misunderstanding or confusion, and we immediately approved the refund request via Viator. Although this is very detrimental to us, we understand your highly negative review.
