An Italian Versailles!
We had a wonderful tour of the Caserta Royal Palace with our site guide Diana providing good explanations, pointing out highlights and answering our questions bringing the site to life. Emiliano contacted us prior to the tour to provide the location and times of pick up and supplied interesting information about Italy during our travels. We were disappointed that the palace gardens were mostly under repair and the palace bus service was irregular making our on time return to the palace area challenging. But the visit was otherwise enjoyable. And we appreciated that our driver, Giovanni, was excellent and that he also provided us cold bottled water!

An Italian Versailles!!
We enjoyed our tour of the Caserta Royal Palace which is a beautiful site. Our site guide Diana provided a wonderful tour bringing the site to life, pointing out important areas explaining their significance and also answering our questions. Emiliano contacted us prior to the tour to ensure we knew pickup place and times and provided good general information about Italy on our way to the Palace. (Unfortunately some of our fellow travelers did not arrive on time but we made it to the palace by our entry time). Our driver, Giovanni, was excellent and we also appreciated the water he provided to us. Only disappointment was that the palace gardens were almost entirely under construction and the bus service at the palace to reach the gardens was busy and it was difficult to ensure an on time return, and had we understood the gardens were under repair we might have just admired the palace more. But a good visit and glad we went

Language gap
Good tour but the palace guide mostly cater to Italian and only not very much in English. We thought this was fully an English tour

Exceptional exception!!
The tour was very good, but it would have been better if we had an extra 30 minutes to visit the palace gardens. Arianna was an exceptional guide... very fun, attentive, and showed great knowledge. We were very satisfied with the tour and with the driver Marcos as well; he was perfect driving the van.
