    Take Me Back

We booked four tours with Carmine’s Tours during our Mediterranean cruise, and I can honestly say they were some of the biggest highlights of our entire trip. We were a family of eight—four adults, including a grandmother, and four teenagers—and scheduling these tours was one of the best decisions we made when planning our vacation. The Amalfi Coast with our friend Manuel Our Amalfi Coast day was especially meaningful because this was actually our second tour with Manuel. My husband and I had toured with him several years earlier while staying in Sorrento with friends, and we had such a wonderful experience that Manuel was the reason we contacted Carmine’s Tours again when planning this family vacation. Our family LOVED him just as much as we did the first time. Manuel is happy, funny, energetic, and genuinely passionate about Naples and the Amalfi Coast. Our teenagers loved listening to him sing, tell stories, and share his love for the area. And then there was lunch at La Tagliata. It was easily one of the most memorable meals of our entire trip. With stunning views overlooking the Amalfi Coast, we were served course after course of fresh vegetables, delicious wine, handmade pasta, and, of course, limoncello to finish. The food was cooked by the grandmother and served by the grandson, making the experience feel incredibly personal and authentic. After lunch, we explored the farm and played with the animals with one of the most spectacular backdrops imaginable. What stood out across every single one of our tours was how wonderful the guides were with our entire family. They engaged with our teenagers, made them laugh, answered their questions, told them stories, and made everyone feel completely comfortable. Traveling as a group ranging from teenagers to a grandmother can sometimes be challenging, but these tours worked beautifully for every generation. On our cruise, we intentionally left several ports completely unscheduled so we could simply get off the ship and wander. We loved having those days. But when I look back at our trip, every single tour we booked with Carmine’s Tours was a highlight. We saw and experienced so much without ever feeling like we were being herded through a traditional tour. Communication with both Carmine and Echo throughout the planning process was also incredibly quick, informative, and easy. From planning before our trip to the actual days of our tours, we felt completely taken care of. We came home with so many wonderful memories and stories because of you. I truly wish I could go back and do it all again right now!

Unforgettable Day with Carmine’s Secret Tour!

We had the most amazing experience with Carmine’s Secret Tour! Our driver Manuel was absolutely awesome — friendly, funny, and full of great local knowledge. Even though it rained, we laughed the whole day and had such a great time. Manuel suggested we visit Positano and Sorrento, and both were absolutely stunning. He also took us to a farm-to-table restaurant called Zio Sam, which ended up being the best meal we’ve had in Italy so far — everything was fresh, authentic, and delicious. The day felt relaxed, personalized, and full of genuine Italian charm. If you’re visiting the Amalfi Coast, don’t hesitate — book Carmine’s Secret Tour and ask for Manuel. You’ll be so glad you did! 🇮🇹

Best Sightseeing team/Tour Group for Amalfi Coast.

We had Echo provide us with Carmine’s Secret Tour with farm to table Lunch. She is an amazing guide - so knowledgeable, fun, and made stops in Amalfi, Positano, and Ravello with the most delicious farm to table meal!!! Echo made us feel so comfortable- like family. She gave us time to shop and walk around. And made numerous stops in our travels for photo ops. She was Great!! I will also add that we had several separate drivers/rides throughout the region using Carmine and staff . Every driver was top shelf. We highly recommend using Carmine See Amalfi Coast !!!

Carmine's Secret tour with farm to table experience (lunch cost not included): questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Naples.

How much does Carmine's Secret tour with farm to table experience (lunch cost not included) cost?

    +

Prices start at $137 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Naples usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Carmine's Secret tour with farm to table experience (lunch cost not included) take?

    +

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Naples is not rushed.

Is Carmine's Secret tour with farm to table experience (lunch cost not included) worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 73 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 36 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Naples, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Carmine's Secret tour with farm to table experience (lunch cost not included)?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Carmine's Secret tour with farm to table experience (lunch cost not included) suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Carmine's Secret tour with farm to table experience (lunch cost not included)?

    +

Around 13 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Naples can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Naples and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Carmine's Secret tour with farm to table experience (lunch cost not included) start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Naples within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Naples?

    +

On Outty we rank every Naples experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Private Amalfi Coast Tour from Sorrento/Naples/Salerno, Caserta Royal Palace & Gardens Small Group Tour with Shuttle, Naples Pizza and Tiramisu Cooking Class. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Naples?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Naples?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
