Capri Premium Private Boat Tour + City Visit

Horrible , scam , do not use

BE CAREFUL DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I was on my honeymoon with my husband and my travel agent booked this capri trip for us. She booked a trip from Sorrento to Capri and back. A few days before I started getting confirmation email from Sail & Fun some stating that the tour was leaving from Sorrento and some leaving from Salerno. I called my agent to make sure it was leaving from Sorrento and she checked and was told that the boat was changed and was now leaving from Salerno instead which is 2.5 hours away from where we were staying. There was no way for us to get there in time for the 8am boat trip. We tried to reach Sail & Fun and we met with horrible customer service and rudeness. I was personally messaged by the captain of the boat who started INSULTING me. We asked for a refund since Sail & Fun changed our reservation and we were told NO REFUND. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT USE THEM!!! I was lucky enough to book my own trip to Capri from my hotel which cost me a FRACTION of this one!!! Again just don’t bother with Sail & Fun cause you won’t be sailing and won’t be having fun fighting for your refund

Your booking was originally managed by a third-party travel agent, and any confusion regarding departure ports stemmed from that intermediary. Despite this, your own hotel rebooked you directly with Sail & Fun, and you did in fact board one of our boats and completed the excursion. This alone contradicts your statement that you “never sailed” with us. It is therefore misleading to claim that we failed to provide the service, or that you were left without a tour. On the contrary, you experienced the trip to Capri with our company, exactly as your hotel confirmed. We accept genuine feedback and we are always open to constructive criticism. However, reviews that contain false or contradictory information are unfair both to us and to future travelers who rely on honest accounts when making their choices. Sail & Fun remains committed to professionalism, reliability, and guest satisfaction — values that this review unfortunately does not reflect accurately.

Beautiful boat, helpful guides, beautiful views. A wonderful experience. They were extremely communicative so we knew exactly what to expect an where to be when. A wonderful experience.

Amazing Day was had with Sail e Fun

My friends and I absolutely loved our 8 hour day with Sail e Fun boat tours. They picked us up in Maiori where we were staying (very helpful and saved us so much time from having to go to a bigger port), and then we started our day touring the Amalfi coast. The boat was beautiful and so comfortable. Ori was a great hostess and Masimo a great captain. Ori did a wonderful job at informing us about the things we were seeing on our tour but still allowing us relaxing time to ourselves. They were even so kind and patient when one of our friends got motion sickness at the beginning of the trip. A highlight was stopping at one of the smaller bays in Capri and jumping off the boat for a swim. The Prosecco and aperitif provided were all delicious. The tour was stunning, the Amalfi coast was breathtaking, and something I will remember for a very long time. Thank you to Sail e Fun for such a truly unforgettable day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best way to see the Amalfi coast!

Jordan Family with Captain Mario in Capri

Captain Mario did a wonderful job showing us the sights, anchoring in wonderful swimming spots, and making sure we had snacks and beverages. It was so memorable going through the rock with Italian opera playing. If we go back we will definitely try to reserve a day with Captain Mario. Thank you for the amazing memories with my family!❤️

Awesome boat ride to Capri with Mario!

Mario was our guide to Capri, he was very nice and sociable. He had drinks ready for us the moment we got on. Followed by snacks and Italian food. The sights were beautiful and we always felt safe. Music was fun too. Would highly recommend!
