Would Not Recommend
The company "Giuseppe" reached out to me a day before my planned excursion, asking if they could reschedule for the next day due to internal conflicts. Though this was an inconvenience, I told them it was okay to reschedule. When the next day came, we were forced to take public transportation because we could not reschedule the private car service we had originally planned to take us to the meeting point. During our route, the train experienced a significant delay, meaning we would not have made it to the meeting point in time. I informed Giuseppe and requested a refund, but he stated that this was not grounds for one due to not notifying the company within 24 hours. I explained that I originally had private transportation which I had to cancel on their behalf, and that I was not given 24 hours notice when they had to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances, but I still tried to be accommodating. Ultimately, Giuseppe ended up ignoring me after a brief back and forth. Even if a full refund wasn't possible, a partial refund or at least an attempt to reschedule for another day would have gone a long way. Questionable practices and being inflexible with customers who were initially flexible with you is why I wrote this review.

Fantastic day!
Loved the small group environment. Communication from the skipper, Jacopo, was exceptional. They showed us some beautiful caves and grottos, and found amazing spots to swim. We appreciated that everything was provided so we did not have to remember to bring anything or have hidden costs (ex. Boat docking fee at Capri). Would highly recommend!

Best tour of Capri!!!
We had the most unbelievable experience today. Achilles was an amazing skipper!! He was totally a big part of our experience as well as the boat driver. We had two children with us and they enjoyed every minute of it. 10/10 would recommend and we will be back!! Also big thumbs up for the playlist. The music was great. You can’t beat this tour.

The beauty of Capri and...
The beauty of Capri and the sea stands out. Stunning, magnificent, historic. Be aware that the bulk of the day is being on the Island of Capri. This is important because if you opt to not go to the Blue Grotto (weather, line, operating hours), there are only three other activities to do, which are eat, drink, and shop. While that is okay, the day trip is rather expensive. About our journey, the captain and concierge for the day were cordial, kind, and confident crew, but did not provide the level of explanation about the day or guidance that I would have preferred. The boat was very nice. Four star is accurate as the day and scenery were spectacular.
