Far from the lowest price
First it is a tour that all the agencies offer at lower cost namely that on our flight the other participants ALL paid between 150 and 180 euros we were the ONLY to have paid 236 euros more our balloon got away from dozens of other companies that they flew over Goreme and flew at a high altitude compared to ours .. if we do hot air balloon it is obvious that we are looking well on views but also adrenaline .. and there NOTHING then the champagne toast you need to know that this is a sub brand of super warm kidibule .. basically our dream was ruined by this bad choice and in addition we wasted 160 euros ... pass your way!!!

At the time of booking, the price was a very reasonable €236, far below the average market rate of €250-€280 for that period. Our prices on Viator are always clearly listed, so there’s no surprise about what the cost will be. On the day of the flight, the price dropped slightly, but it’s important to note that this guest had 6 months to cancel or adjust their booking if they had any concerns. Viator even offers a cancellation policy up to 24 hours before the flight. So, there was more than enough time to make any changes if needed. If the price had increased on the day of the flight, would this person have paid the extra? Absolutely not. They would’ve expected to honor the price they originally booked. So it’s incredibly misleading to claim we somehow tricked them, especially when the booking was made after they found us on TripAdvisor and saw the great deal themselves. Regarding the flight, the guest flew in a medium-sized basket for the first flight of the day to watch the sunrise – which is an amazing experience we always strive to provide. The champagne we serve is non-alcoholic, as it’s meant to cater to all guests, not as a luxury item. Honestly, expecting something like a $1000 bottle of champagne was never part of the offer. What’s most upsetting is the false and unfair nature of this review. We’ve done everything as promised. We’ve always been transparent with pricing, the flight experience, and all the details. But some people feel the need to leave negative reviews based on lies in an attempt to hurt a business that has provided them with exactly what was offered. It's disappointing, but I won’t let it affect our commitment to delivering great experiences.

what an amazing experience we had with atreus travel. we pre booked our balloons for september, our slot was reserved but on the day of flight there was cancellation because of wind. next day our friends paid twice the amount that we paid. but they scheduled us for next day without any extra charges and our basket was also 16 people with 75 minutes flight. we will definitely work with atreus travel whenever we come again.

Extremely poor coordination. Do not book with this provider. Promised Balloon flight at Goreme but changed to Soganli valley which is 1 hour drive away from Goreme, which I was informed that it's just 10 min drive away from Goreme and balloon flight was not a great experience as well. Felt cheated big time. Normal prices at Soganli is half the rate of what's shown here. Don't trust this guy for anything please. He did the same for photoshoot booked with him as well. Promised something and changed something else last minute. Luckily we didn't pay anything for photoshoot by then so we could cancel. Else even that money would have been wasted. But balloon flight cost was absolutely looted from us. Terrible!!! If any last minute balloon flight cancellations due to weather, if you can afford please only book direct from the balloon company. Do not book through any other agents. They promise something and end up offering something very cheap

You confirmed over the phone that you preferred to proceed with the flight from Soğanlı Valley, and we made those arrangements based on your request. Soğanlı is approximately 50 minutes from Göreme, which is clearly shown on Google Maps. We do not hide or misrepresent such details, and always aim to provide clear, honest communication. Regarding the photoshoot, you had requested a specific dress, which unfortunately was not available that day. Upon learning this, you chose not to proceed with the shoot. Although this was a last-minute change, we fully respected your decision and dropped you back to your hotel without any issue or charge—something most providers would not accommodate. We take pride in being transparent and flexible, even in situations beyond our control. While we regret that you felt disappointed, we always aim to do our best for our guests.

I had high hopes for this balloon ride, and it surpassed them all. The views were breathtaking, the staff was courteous, and the champagne breakfast was a lovely addition. A must-do in Cappadocia!
