Beautiful Sunset Ride Through Rose Valley
We had a lovely sunset horse-riding experience around Rose Valley. The horses were very well trained and well behaved, making the ride comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention to Ahmet, who was extremely helpful, enthusiastic, and attentive throughout the tour. The owners and the rest of the team were also very friendly and did a great job helping us with the horses. One of the guides, however, was rather aloof but he did seem noticeably more interested and attentive when it came to the pretty Turkish ladies. 😅 😅 That aside, the overall service was very good. The unexpected highlight was their adorable Cocker Spaniel, who ran alongside us throughout the sunset ride, following the horses and keeping us entertained. 🐶❤️ Beautiful scenery, well-trained horses, and a fun experience overall. Just remember to bring a face mask—the ATVs can kick up a LOT of dust! 😅

Magical Sunset Horse Ride Through the Valleys
This was such a beautiful and memorable experience in Cappadocia. Riding through the valley at sunset was peaceful, scenic, and very special. The golden light over the rocks and valleys made the whole landscape feel magical. The horses were very calm, gentle, and easy to ride, which made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. The boys who looked after us were super helpful, kind, and made sure everyone felt safe and relaxed during the ride. It was a wonderful way to enjoy Cappadocia from the ground after seeing it from the sky by hot air balloon. I would highly recommend this sunset horse ride to anyone visiting Cappadocia — it is a perfect way to experience the beauty of the valleys and create a very special travel memory.

Very unique place to ride
Pick-up from my hotel was well organised and on time, it actually started pouring of rain just as we arrived at the starting point, but luckily it cleared before we left for the ride. It got off to a bit of a shaky start; the guys organising all the horses didn't seem very welcoming/friendly, people were also getting on horses, horses were wandering off and someone very nearly got kicked by other horse. The first 20 mins of the ride was also down a very sad looking road full or garbage. However, once we started to get into chimney areas, it certainly was great experience, beautiful scenery and sunset. I'm a very experienced rider, but still enjoyed the slow pace nonetheless. We got nearly 2 hours of riding in the end, so well worth it.

Definitely Recommend! Brilliant Experience.
We had a great time doing this! Riding around an amazing landscape, horses were well looked after and the guides were brilliant. Fantastic for a first timer as instruction was clear and they were there to help out whenever needed.

Cappadocia Horseback Ride through Valleys — Sunset/hoteltransfer: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Goreme.
How much does Cappadocia Horseback Ride through Valleys — Sunset/hoteltransfer cost?
+
Prices start at $20 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Goreme usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Cappadocia Horseback Ride through Valleys — Sunset/hoteltransfer take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Goreme is not rushed.
Is Cappadocia Horseback Ride through Valleys — Sunset/hoteltransfer worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 85 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 285 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most highly reviewed in Goreme, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Cappadocia Horseback Ride through Valleys — Sunset/hoteltransfer?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Cappadocia Horseback Ride through Valleys — Sunset/hoteltransfer suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Cappadocia Horseback Ride through Valleys — Sunset/hoteltransfer?
+
Around 100 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Goreme can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Goreme and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Cappadocia Horseback Ride through Valleys — Sunset/hoteltransfer start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Goreme within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Goreme?
+
On Outty we rank every Goreme experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Red (North) Tour Cappadocia (small group) with lunch and tickets, Green (South) Tour Cappadocia (small group) with lunch and ticket, Cappadocia Green Tour - Classic Route (Popular). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Goreme?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Goreme?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
