Exceptional service....
Exceptional service. Always a bit stressful booking with a new company in a new place but communication and reassurance was excellent. Chris was extremely helpful and informative. Strongly recommend. Thank you, Viator and Chris 🙏
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind review. We are very happy to hear that you felt reassured and well taken care of, especially when booking with a new company in a new destination. Clear communication and reliability are very important to us, particularly for airport transfers and cruise terminal pickups. It was a pleasure assisting you, and we truly appreciate your recommendation.

Brace yourself for the Cape Town Cruise terminal!
The wifi didn't work for 2 days while the Island Princess was in port--9, 10 March. I changed USD to rand. It took the agent 5 minutes. She had to open 2 separate envelopes, and generally behaved as if she had no expectation to be handling money. When I returned to change the rand back to USD, she proudly told me that they NEVER change from rand to USD. You COULD put up a sign that states that the cambio does not change rand to USD, but I guess that would be too user-friendly. While you wait in the Immigration line, you will see the cruise ship schedule for the next few weeks. Why do cruise passengers need to know the schedule of ships which will be arriving? We'd prefer to see the top 10 fun facts about Cape Town! You'll also see signs that it is an award-winning Cape Town terminal. Whoever gave the award obviously has not waited in that Immigration line, seen the irrelevant cruise ship schedule, or dared to change money. They've spent so much time getting people to give the terminal awards, they forgot to identify and meet the needs of passengers who pay port fees! Cape Town cruise terminal is the worst cruise terminal that I have endured in 53 years of cruising!
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience. We're truly sorry to hear about the challenges you faced at the Cape Town cruise terminal. While we understand your frustration, we'd like to clarify that our company, SadiCapeTours, specializes in providing transfers and guided tours — we are not affiliated with the cruise terminal or its services. It sounds like your experience was frustrating, and we completely understand your disappointment. Should you ever require reliable transfers or a memorable tour experience during your visit to Cape Town, we would be more than happy to assist and ensure your journey is enjoyable. Wishing you safe travels and smoother experiences in the future.

Cape Town: Cruise Terminal Transfer to Airport: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cape Town.
How much does Cape Town: Cruise Terminal Transfer to Airport cost?
+
Prices start at $300 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cape Town usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Cape Town: Cruise Terminal Transfer to Airport take?
+
Plan for about 0.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cape Town is not rushed.
Is Cape Town: Cruise Terminal Transfer to Airport worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 46 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.7/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cape Town, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Cape Town: Cruise Terminal Transfer to Airport?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Cape Town: Cruise Terminal Transfer to Airport suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 0.5-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Cape Town: Cruise Terminal Transfer to Airport?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cape Town can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cape Town and add a light layer if any part of the 0.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Cape Town: Cruise Terminal Transfer to Airport start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cape Town within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cape Town?
+
On Outty we rank every Cape Town experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Cape Town: Lion's Head Sunrise/Sunset Hike, Cape Town Airport Private Transfer, Ocean Wildlife Encounter in Cape Town. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cape Town?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cape Town?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
