What you'll see and do
Bo-kaap
A suburb in Cape Town rich in history and tradition, dating back to the 1700's. It stands as a pillar of the diversity of not only Cape Town but the whole republic, with its Cape Malay culture, religion and heritage. Also typical of this place are the beautiful coloured houses seen here that are mostly unlike no other the world over.

Table Mountain Aerial Cableway
Hoerikwagga. This is how we refer to Table Mountain on this tour. This is the name it is known by in the Khoisan language, meaning simply, 'mountain in the sea.' It is an optional encounter, the first of a few. We do however still get to drive past the mountain and another called Lion's Head.
Pass by without stopping
Camp's Bay Beach
Arguably Cape Town's most beautiful beach and suburb, a rare combination but certainly bearing both these truths. Camps Bay is a spot we get to behold from a higher altitude as we descend from the slopes of the previously mentioned mountains, and indeed having the beach as an optional encounter.
30 minutes here
Seal Island
Another optional segment of the tour is found here, in a place called Hout Bay. This entails a 45 minute boat cruise to and from the island itself, where over 60 000 seals await you, consisting of the Cape Fur Seal and Brown Fur Seal as well as a diverse species of birds.

Chapman's Peak Drive
There are not many words to adequately express the beauty of this drive. 'Mesmerizing' goes a long way in making its case as the ideal adjective yet I think there are more that we cannot presently fathom. Will you help us with a draft of these when you do come along? We will have 2 picturesque stops here, where pictures taken here will create lasting, lifelong memories of the Cape Peninsula Tour.
30 minutes here · Admission included
Noordhoek
A quaint little beach town set on the shores of the Atlantic, with a beach that offers great views and sights. The combination of the blue waters and white sands is like no other beach around. Stops here are optional and do not last longer than 10 minutes.
Pass by without stopping
Cape of Good Hope
This will be our first stop within the Cape Point nature reserve, and it also happens to be the most south-western point of the African continent. Pictures taken here tell the ultimate story of the Cape Town traveler. There's no reason why your story should not be next- with us.
45 minutes here · Admission not included
Cape Point
The Cape Point is our second segment within the nature reserve. Here you get to encounter the Cape Point lighthouse, standing 238m above sea level, not to worry though as you at this point also stand over 100m above sea level. Getting to the lighthouse is most recommended on this tour, and there are 2 ways to get there. Either a 15-minute light hike up to the summit or a ride upon a little tram known as the Flying Dutchman or just the Funicular, as we then meet back at the parking bays in the time stipulated by your guide. It will be lunch after this activity.
45 minutes here
Boulders Beach Penguin Colony
Right after lunch, we go on a tour to discover the African Penguin in its calm setting at Boulders Beach. Meet them in their many hundreds as your guide advises you on their history and how they came to be in this setting, as well as their daily life activities. Many pictures and videos to be taken here. Come along then and shall we?

One of the outstanding beach-towns in Cape Town is Muizenberg. It also offers sights of great history on the development of Cape Town from the days it was simply known as the Cape Colony with the Eastern Cape into the early South African union days of the 1910's to modern day, this is simply a tour you want to do with us...

Duzzling Experience
I just had an unforgettable Cape of Good Hope tour with Sabelli Travel and Tours, and I'm still buzzing! Our guide, Prince, was absolutely fantastic - knowledgeable, punctual, kind, and passionate about sharing South Africa's history, geology, and wildlife. He made the stunning landscapes and penguins at Boulders Beach come alive! The tour was perfectly paced, not too fast or slow, and Prince took care of every detail, so we could just relax and soak it all in. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable. From Table Mountain to Cape Point, every stop was breathtaking. Prince even captured perfect photos and made sure everyone felt included. Sabelli Travel and Tours delivered an authentic, stress-free day out. Highly recommend! Would I do it again? Absolutely! 😍

Why this scores 81
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Cape of Good Hope and Boulder's Beach Small Group Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cape Town.
How much does Cape of Good Hope and Boulder's Beach Small Group Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $760 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cape Town usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Cape of Good Hope and Boulder's Beach Small Group Tour take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cape Town is not rushed.
Is Cape of Good Hope and Boulder's Beach Small Group Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 81 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 36 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cape Town, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Cape of Good Hope and Boulder's Beach Small Group Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Cape of Good Hope and Boulder's Beach Small Group Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 8-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Cape of Good Hope and Boulder's Beach Small Group Tour?
+
Around 13 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cape Town can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cape Town and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Cape of Good Hope and Boulder's Beach Small Group Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cape Town within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cape Town?
+
On Outty we rank every Cape Town experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Cape of Good Hope and Boulders Penguins Day Tour from Cape Town, Table Mountain, Boulders Penguins and Cape point Day Tour, Wine Tour: Paarl, Franschhoek & Stellenbosch incl 3 wineries. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cape Town?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cape Town?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
